Great Service, the delivery driver struggled to find my house (I have no number on it yet) and rather than just driving off like lots would. He called the office to ask for help. When he arrived he was friendly and pleasant. Lots of drivers would have reacted differently.

Very friendly and helpful delivery man. However, I would have preferred better communications from the company letting me know when (what day) to expect delivery. There were no communications and no indication of when to expect rather than the delivery man just turning up. What if no one was available to grant access?

Oil delivered promptly and refund received really quickly as I had over ordered.

We ask they would ring the day before they would arrive which they did, we were out when they delivered the oil there was no mess gate was locked again and invoice just at the back door excellent job would definitely recommend this company

Usual supplier has moved to 10-day delivery window, unless you pay an additional fee for faster delivery, so tried The Oil Co, who had same price and 5-day delivery window. Within an hour of ordering, I received a text saying that since they had deliveries in my area that day, my order would actually be arriving that afternoon. And it did.

The price was competitive, delivery was fast. Would recommend.

Everything done online so no flaffing around. Delivery was quicker than expected, next day for me, as it said can take up to 5 working days

From ordering my oil online and getting not only an email to check on the delivery instructions but a phone call to be positive of delivery because it wasn't for. My address they were fantastic, both my daughters delivery and my own was on time.

Knew the amount to pay at time of ordering - No surprises!!! Delivered in good time. Payment at the beginning and knowing exactly the amount made the decision to use this company a good one.
