Oceanaire in Pacifica, CA property
I wanted to look at the property, but it took me weeks to set up an appointment, they claimed they were busy( ?) . Before I was shown a demo and before I even decided that I wanted to apply to them my picture was taken and my drivers license was scanned and stored. My privacy was disrespected. I was shown one demo and dismissed. When I finally applied months later it took me days to receive a return call. My calls went unanswered for days, my concerns were not addressed. I was treated with disrespect, arrogantly and imperiously. Not a professional or respectful leasing office. Very hard to do any business with them.
