Great subscription service !
I signed up to a subscription plan for a combination of gut and skin products during their January promo - I couldn’t be happier with the results. They even let me swap out a product for no extra costs. I also got a surprise gift in my 3rd delivery for staying loyal.
Poor customer service and money grabbing
I ordered a product from them but unfortunately noticed within a few minutes of ordering that the CFU count was lower than the recommended amount for optimum efficacy. I emailed them within 10 minutes to cancel my order and refund the money. Their customer service replied that because I had not cancelled within 48 hours of shipment I could not get a refund. I pointed out that it was not a renewal, it was a new subscription, and had cancelled it within minutes of ordering. They apologised (though how they didn’t see that it was a new order I don’t know-the person replying had very stock answers and was bot- like) and said I still would not be offered a refund, but I could send the product back to them once I had received it and get a credit note. I explained I didn’t want a credit note, and asked why there was no 14 day “cooling off” period. They ignored my question and simply replied that they hoped they would see me again soon. Very poor customer service, very money grabbing. This treatment does not align with their supposed “ethical” brand messaging.
Won’t be purchasing anything from them…
Won’t be purchasing anything from them again due to how horrific their customer service is. I’ve now emailed them 3 times with the SAME question in regards to a product I purchased that I needed help with and all 3 times someone named Morgan responded saying they will get back to me. Never once heard back.
Also the skin hydrator left my gut in bits.
Such expensive products to be having absolutely no help or guidance with the purchase.
Non existent client service...
Very expensive but great products. BUT and it's unfortunately a very big BUT - non existent client service. You can e-mail them all you want they never reply.
I contacted them by e-mail to track down my order and they never bothered answering. So all I could do was wait. I'm not happy about that.
Given how expensive their products are, the least they could do is treat their clients with a minimum of decency and reply to e-mails.
As I said their products are great but I want to be able to contact them if I have an issue and they're simply not up to par.
I will order another brand going forward as there are similar products on the market.
They've just lost a client.

I have been using The Pill for 4 months now alongside the Skin Filter and have noticed a huge difference in my skin texture and hydration - have also been taking the Debloat as I suffer from intolerances and when taken as instructed it has made a significant improvement with my bloating! Great products, great packaging, great service. High high praise

If I could rate at 1/trillionth of a star...Ordered a pre-order 12/31/20. Delivery was posed as 2/26/21. No communication in between except when I initiated to find where Waldo was. New date early March. Actually apologized and gave discount code for another Waldo. “Do you want to wait or refund?” Ok no big diff. I’ll wait. No comms. It’s 3/11/21. I’m thinking that’s mid March now. They’ve had my dollars 71 days and no product. I’m thinking “pre-order” actually means crowd funding. Be nice if they were transparent or paid interest on my funds or did anything but how they’re doing biz. I’m sure product will be what I purchased just not sure if I’ll need to go formulate, bottle and ship to myself. Very disappointed. But hey they do slam my email with adverts. So I have that going for me!!
Update within an hour of the above review, the product arrived. Not sure how one “one star” review averages “three stars” for the company. Must be new math.
