Joseph at The Neighbourhood Heroes has helped sourced a property which is in the heart of London. The communication has been easy and I have found Joseph to be helpful negotiating with the landlord. Joseph has been friendly, I also met his colleague Sellom for the key handover who also gave me a good impression. The sourcing fee was paid at the key handover and no money apart from was was due to the landlord was asked before this. I know this can be stressful on the sourcer’s side but waiting that everything is all well and completed to receive payment for the service provided can also seem more professional and less pushy. That puts the investor at ease, making them feel trusted, so they can also trust in return.
I believe Joseph manages to build a good report with the landlords who seem to appreciate dealing with him as well at the initial stage, when looking to rent their properties. I would surely recommend.
