I had the exact same experience!! Emailed and letters sent to my address claiming I owe €300 for a dating site subscription that I tried to cancel (which turned out to be impossible) and now they’re threatening me with 200,000 if I don’t pay the €300 by next week! Seeing these other reviews is reassuring as I was worried for a while that it might be serious but it’s clearly a scam. A very well put together one but still a scam.

Fraudulent, unregistered and crooks
What worries me is how they got my details. They have tried to claim an unpaid bill from 2017 from a Swiss domain registry. I am still active with the domain and a simple search shows that I have no outstanding unpaid invoices. The whole set of documents which they sent look very professional but it is all totally fictitious.
They are 100% fraudulent - without doubt.
Never reply to them or else they will think that you are worried - never worry about scammers - just ignore them.

Even though we paid our bill of CHF 160, they right away sent another one of CHF 320 trying to scare us with their "Rechtsanwälte" Logo.

Reading everyone review make me feel relief, because I just received letter as well to pay around 130€ for this dating website, which is scam and they never allow you to cancel your membership , even through the phone they say yes, and then they transfer your details without your permission to a different website and ask you to pay again. They never stop .. Don't Pay ! It's organized crime and just scammers .

Threats after trying to cancel a dating site
Initially for a dating site I immediately tried to cancel but the website failed to work, with no cancel option. So I emailed their support email address (with a screenshot) where they said use the cancel button on the site which wasn't there! Have since received threatening letters and emails from Themys-Dyke demanding £289 or it will escalate.
Has anyone found if this is a legit lawyer or had confirmation it's a total scam?

Got the same letter. they want me to pay for something i never bought. This is organizied crime! Its all staged it starts frome trashy dating website which for me wasn't the case but with some fake shops too (my case) and then if you dont pay they ll use more tactics to get ur money like ecollect and then themys & dyke! Dont pay!!
