Popped in as I have a late friends acoustic guitar that needs a bit of tlc, I’ll be taking it in soon.
I was greeted by a friendly chap who I spoke to before taking a look round the shop. I left about half hour later, then went back and bought a Vox guitar amp for myself as I like to play a little.
All in all highly recommended.

Music Bank does very good repairs at a competitive cost.I have a high end Tanglewood acoustic guitar I purchased there in the past.

Last week I accidentally dropped my guitar in its case…I had a 2 inch crack on the side edging on the lacquered top which needed repair.

Paul “ Foxy” the resident luthier checked the damage and gave me a good quote to repair the accident.
“Foxy” then contacted me to say another crack had emerged during repair.
To conclude “Foxy”, repaired the damage within the original quote. He even contacted main Tanglewood depot who assured him his repair was excellent in a difficult area to repair.

I received my Levinson Sceptre in excellent condition. I knew there should be quality parts on this guitar, but I'm surprised how good the set up actually is. Just ready to play. I own 2 expensive Levinson Blade Guitars and not easy to impress. Think I'll change the electronic soon, but no need to change the pickups. The neck sounds sweet ! Fast international shipping.

Really good outfit - worth a visit

Took my Gretsch guitar in for various repairs, fret relevelling, full set up a couple of small mods and a new jack input Great service from email response, tech knowledge, helpfulness etc. Much quicker than expected and very reasonable able cost thank you.

The staff at Music Bank are incredibly polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to answer questions and give the best service, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
