Fast and efficient service on house purchase and using again for house sale

Everyone is very efficient but also friendly, they are very quick to deal with everything, but also take the time to explain each stage of the process clearly. All this and yet one of the most competitively priced as well! I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone buying or selling

As first time buyers we are unsure of the whole process when it comes to buying a house, home legal direct have been great so far. We feel everything has gone smoothly and can ask questions if we're unsure about anything however they only thing we would say could be done better is finding the right solicistor. So far we have been appointed 3 different ones in a few weeks and are left wondering what's happening next.

So pleased with this site. The customer service was impressive with a swift call back and full explanation of how the conveyancing would progress. The price point was a third of that quoted by a local solicitor; what's not to like??!

Sorry to say that The moving hub has been nothing short of a disappointment for me. I asked them to confirm if they could handle my situation and was assured that all was fine. They speedily too £210 from me, then a week later stated that they could not help. They promised to refund the monies paid and I have been chasing. First the account was wrong but for the past two weeks they have just done nothing. Quick to take your money, not quick to refund when they are wrong. I dont see why I should have to continually chase when I made sure to specify my requirements upfront.
