I feel a difference in my body, since taking the moss way.

I’ve been taking the sea moss for over 6 months now. I have chronic long term mental and physical health problems so am buying the large gel bundle.
I’ve noticed a lot of improvement. More energy both mental and physical, improved digestion, improved mood and amazing improvement to my skin.
The moss tastes lovely (especially the elderberry and moringa ones) and I generally like having it straight from the jar first thing in the morning. The turmeric moss is also nice stirred into my stewed spiced apples.
The service from Harry and the team at TMW is impeccable. They are prompt, helpful, warm and friendly. A cliche perhaps, but they remind me of the old days when you felt that the people you bought from were friends.
The delivery service is good and reliable too. One batch of moss went astray but Harry immediately replaced it.
I can honestly recommend both the product and the company wholeheartedly - am so glad to have found them. I intend to carry on taking sea moss as long as I can afford to!

The changes are very subtle. It’s only after a while you realise, in my case, digestion/reflux/heartburn has improved. Some hormone issues are less. Even though I am coming up to 68 I still get hot flushes and another hormone related issue, both have improved.

I’ve been using the elderberry moss for a few months now, and it has been a saving grace for my skin! I’m young but have struggled with gut imbalances and anxiety for years, which sadly caused me to develop consistent acne. I have both the gel, which I absolutely love. I personally enjoy the taste and texture and look forward to my morning spoonful. As I travel, I also have the capsules. I definitely feel less bloated and I'm more regular now. I've been using only for a few weeks so it'll be interesting to see what else improves.
