Good communication, quick with replies and on the ball, definitely recommend!

We can’t thank Andy at The Mortgage Point enough. He made the whole mortgage process feel effortless. His communication was brilliant — always quick to respond, always clear, and always one step ahead.
It genuinely felt like he had everything under control, which gave us real peace of mind.

Andy has been amazing. Worked really hard to find us a mortgage.
Unfortunately the first lender let us all down at the last minute and pulled out.
But Andy didn't give up hope! He carried on. Explained will try a different lender in 3 months. And now we are proud owners of a lovely home! Want to sincerely thank you for everything.

I had an excellent experience working with my mortgage advisor. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions, but they took the time to explain every step clearly and made sure I understood all my options.

Prior to Andy, I was told that because of my husband's age, a remortgage was impossible. I had tried various avenues and most organisations were telling me to sell. But not Andy. Andy is truly a miracle worker. Because of him, I've been able to keep my home of over 20 years.

Throughout the process, Andy was always available. He was incredibly patient with me and explained everything very clearly making it easy for me to follow very complicated situations. I don't have words to express my gratitude. I would recommend him a million times over.
