I’m actually disappointed with mine. It advertised all over insta about a perfect gift for valentines, only to find out they are on a break. Thought it was a local company or at least UK based, but think it came from China, now I see why there was a break due to it being their NY. Finally once it arrived, the photos are actually quite poor quality, see-through like an actual photo film roll, but on the website and advertisement, they’re more clearer. I wouldn’t purchase again.

Scam.
Got sent someone else's photos.

No response via complaints or customer services.

Don't waste your money

Product took nearly a month to come- coming from china- photos were poor quality, and it doesn’t recoil in- you have to push it back in. Good idea but crap product, don’t waste you money.

Very simple, they took my money and didn't deliver the product.
Customer service were completely useless and frankly rude!

Order arrived damaged and havnt got a refund have had to contact my bank regarding this and I’ll be taking it further with trading standards don’t use this site

Really poor. Image can't be seen in the paw keyring. Very disappointed. Communication also poor.

They sent me the two rolls I ordered and both with photos from someone else. So maybe now another customer is ‘enjoying’ my romantic photos with my partner. Photos I received from someone else private life are not clear, blurry with no colour. I would never spent my money here again. Customer service takes 4 days every time I sent them an email

I looked at the reviews for Mini scrapbook before ordering and wondered if I'd made a big mistake.

Well my order came today and all I can say is that I can only presume most of the reviews are by younger people.

Firtsly, the delivery time wasn't that bad. I'd say around three weeks but it's a personalised order with international shipping! Not everything is from Amazon and with you in a few hours.

Secondly I noticed a lot of complaints about the quality of the photos. It seems to have gone over the heads of most that this is supposed to resemble a film negative. They're not supposed to be HD!

For me, it's a perfect gift for my husband and I would gladly order again.

Arrived today as I'd bought it as one of the presents I was getting for the Mrs 40th Birthday.

The images are poor and almost translucent! You take all that time choosing the 15 pics you really want someone to have and then they turn out like crap!

I read one review that said they wished they had checked Trustpilot before ordering and I second that.

I won't make this mistake again that's for sure!

It's a serious AVOID from me!

Disgustingly bad quality. Unable to see the photos as they are really blurry and the plastic folder the photos go in has arrived bent and I can't get it back straight

Just received my order. Waited for eternity. The quality of photos is horrible, the images are hardly visible.

Cheaply made and take FOREVER to deliver. Do not, at all, believe the estimated delivery time. Customer service is only through IG DM’s and is vague and unhelpful. It’s also very confusing when there are two contradicting tracking numbers and links. I swear I wouldn’t have ever received my order if I wasn’t incessant and proactive with messaging about my order.

Took a long time to arrive so allow a long time for delivery but was great - loved it, perfect present and super cute

Please do not buy anything from this company. The Christmas decoration with a photo of Dad who passed away in November is hardly visible and they didn't arrive until end of January. I bought one for my brothers and sisters too.
Many videos and emails later - still no redress and now the email doesn't exist.

Please avoid this company at all costs. The first and last time I will ever use them.

Ordered at the start of December which I thought was more than enough time to arrive before Christmas WRONG! Didn’t receive my orders until January! Customer service is shocking and slow. I ordered 2 key rings with photos of passed pets and the quality of the photos in the key ring are a joke. I’ve sent multiple videos to their customer service team and we’re now in April and I’ve still not had a response.

The bad reviews speak for themselves. Don’t waste your time or money on these people.

Absolute load of shite. Ordered for Xmas and didn’t get until 19th January. Came broken and unusable so was told I would get new one sent out ASAP now website l ‘can’t be found’ and emails bouncing back. Avoid

Brought the key chains for Christmas and they didn’t even arrive on time. They didn’t come until after new year !
They have mixed the orders (was ordering two separate key chains with pictures of two different people) and they managed to mix one of it up. When I requested the issue and asked for them to send a new one they took forever to investigate (about 2months) and told me they will reach back. After another month of waiting I send them an email today and they don’t even exist anymore! RUBBISH!

Ordered x2 keyrings at the beginning of December for Christmas, chased a few times and all I got was an email to say the product had been shipped. I thought I had been scammed so got a refund from the bank, the products finally arrived (separately) near the end of January. The keyring design itself was really pretty but the quality of the photos was rubbish and they’d also scrunched up the photos to fit inside the keyring. They also disputed the refund with my bank so I now have to give the money back to the bank. (Which I guess is fair enough)

I wish I had checked the reviews first.

I bought a filmroll keychain after my nan passed away, to have some memories at hand.

After it took ages to arrive, both keychains broke straight away. I emailed them regarding this, and 'Emma' from Customer 'Support' emailed me template responses without actually ever helping.

I still don't have a refund or replacement, and now the company website does not even appear to be working anymore LOL.
