I think this is a great program. I know it has helped a lot of guys. The stuff you guys teach is nothing like I ever seen before. I believe in you guys. I think God gave you something to help guys with there problems.
As of right now, I'm not doing so great. This is me, not anything you guys are doing. I'm at Voice dialogue and it seem like my addiction is worse. I need to work harder. I've had this addiction for a very long time. To make a habit, you need to change a habit. I have to Focus more to make this work.

On the 2nd Dec 2023 my porn addiction was exposed. My partner discovered the first bits of evidence on my phone. Following that I lied and tried to cover everything up until I had to eventually tell the truth and face my problem. In January I joined the Mindful Habit.
I am now over 100 days free of my addiction. I have learnt more about myself, my history and my habits in the last three months than I have in the whole of my life. I understand my emotions and triggers and where they come from. I am now able to open up and talk about my past without shame and guilt. Using the techniques on the course I am now able to regulate myself and I am more in control of my choices than I have ever been.
I can also recommend the partners course. My partner and I are both working with Craig and the team and making positive steps to bring us back together. I have been able to open up to my partner and I no longer feel like I have to hide my thoughts and feelings. I was emotionally dead before this course but I now have the ability to connect on a deeper emotional level. I am still a work in progress but my change is massive.
The experiences of all of the team have had allowed them to have an authentic understanding of the place I was at. This gave me confidence that this was the right place for me to recover and heal.
The daily group calls are an amazing place to be vulnerable and talk with the coaches and other people just like your self who are all going through the same experience. I learn something new on every call.
