I activated a site that has not been updated for a few years. After updating the Themify Ultra theme there was nothing broken and just a few things to clean up from the newer code. Support responded right away and helped even though the site is offline and they couldn't see it. Also I have the lifetime plan and they have never charged for anything even though it has been so long. Rock solid builds and responsive support, highly recommended.

The Themify support team was incredibly helpful — they responded quickly, guided me through the exact steps, and helped identify a server-level conflict (mod_pagespeed).
