recently purchased a theme and Rank Math , howeverr when I check in backend it is saying
"Rank Math PRO is installed but it is not connected to your account, so you are missing out on important SEO features.
Connect now. It only takes 20 seconds!"

I requested them on there support channel that "Hi I purchased RankMath recently your team has installed it but I see this message, any action need to take here?"

and in return I got reply "You must have disconnected the account which we have connect in your website."

I again requested

How to fix this now
please help I am not even able to "Enable Update" for Rank Math
Could you kindly at least reply
Since two days I am waiting
Or do refund the money

this is frustrating, as customer if I am requesting for the service ast least reply that hey I cant help you ...

Total experience is not good found rude behavior even in past

whenever I ask something I would get reply "Why would I do that???" Thats rude for me.

I am sure now they will definetly reply here below , we invest $1000 blah blah- (we dont care what you invest you are selling something and your policcy says you dont do refund thats fine, but your policy need to updated for we dont do post purchase service.)
I will end up buying these product from someone else now...

I have bought Generate press premium lifetime key license, they are asking for WordPress login and they are not giving premium key license .
Also I have cancelled order they are not refunding my balance, they are saying that we will not refund.

Till no response neither on whatsapp or ticket. They are not providing the product or refund.

Scammers, They will ask you about your Wordpress login to install the plugin , Don't trust these people , never trust them, if you don't give them access to website, they will never cancel your order and will never refund you,

very bad experience , no call support fraud website

Don't buy he is fraud he take money and not provide websites and plugins. I already raised complaint against him If any one happens same thing replay on. SO other will don't track on it

I don't know why these people are saying this guy is a scammer. I am using his services and products, which are 100% genuine, and they are good at support for any issues related to their product and services. They have a systematic way of communicating with the consumers and are supportive.
Overall, they are providing the best services in this field. Nobody is doing this in YouTube history.
