BUYER BEWARE
I once saw a bad review for The Mailer Box, and I ignored it because all the others were good. I said "that won't happen to me". Never will make that mistake again with a company.
I had over 100 emails going back and forth with Anna. And wasted every minute of my time. The customer service started out strong. Once my boxes were late, I emailed Anna to figure out what was going on. Turns out- they weren't going to arrive on time for our company event. They hadn't even left the shipping facility. I had about 5 days to come up with a completely different solution, which they then offered to pay for. This alone took a weeks worth of work to put together. Anna even helped me come up with a plan. I even sent her the exact boxes I was going to order, thinking she'd order them. However, she then said we'd buy them, they would reimburse. The service was so/so at this point, considering she was only halfway willing to help us get a replacement plan together. Some emails weren't responded to. We eventually came up with the box plan ourselves and made the boxes ourselves, which ended up costing double my original cost due to restrictions we could get with sizing last minute, and high overnight costs. After our event, I spent an entire day getting all the receipts ready for reimbursement. She said we could "keep the original boxes once delivered" which became useless for us, however I at least felt okay with them paying for the replacement- since they put us in this bad situation. Original boxes never came. To this day. Once I submitted the receipts for the boxes I had to come up with, she said they couldn't reimburse us, even though we had tons of proof saying they would. I asked several times to talk to a manager/superviser. Never got to talk to anyone. No one ever reached out. In the end, we had to eat a $1300 cost. We did finally get a refund for the original boxes (separate from the $1300), but I probably had to put in 3 full weeks of stressful work dealing with this company. She kept saying the boxes were late because of military/war shipping hold ups (they were coming from overseas which I didn't know), however it doesn't make sense to me that even 4-6 weeks later, they hadn't even left the shipping facility. Again, never were delivered. So maybe they got a refund themselves. Even so, shipping hold ups are not my problem. I paid for a service, and it was not delivered. Customer service started out very strong, ended up being a nightmare I'll never forget. By the end, it was the worst customer service I've experienced. Can't believe no one else was willing to talk to me to fix this problem. Stay away from this company!!!!
