The Luxury Pergola Recensioni

I purchased a Super Pergola from here, and it has been great so far! We have had it for almost a year, and we are entering the winter months, so time will tell for the durability. The product itself is great, and is allowing the family, friends & neighbors to enjoy my patio space in all different types of weather. The only negative is that it was rather large, and you will need a team to help install it, a little more than a DIY. The shipping was fast and make sure you have a large area to store it. Another hiccup is I have a slight leak of water in the gutter system in the middle of super pergola, where the two beams meet the center posts.
The sales experience was unique as you are spending a large dollar value over the internet, yet it was legit. The Sales Rep Chase Bess was awesome. He walked us thru the process, helped with the permitting process and answered the last-minute frantic installation calls. He is still helping us determine a path to correct the middle leak and helping with other creative solutions to add lights and screens. Chase has friendly and low-pressure sales tactics that has developed a strong rapport that would make me recommend this company to others who are interested in a Pergola.

I recently had a Luxury pergola installed and I could not be happier. The structure feels very sturdy, the finish looks amazing, and the louvers work perfectly, smooth, quiet, and very functional. It has completely transformed the space. Overall I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

I worked with Mark H on the specification of our pergola - it was so easy and he was so patient and helpful. We opted for all the bells and whistles since we will be spending many hours under our pergola making great memories with our family and friends. But during the buying process, I am the type of person that needs to 100% understand each line item on the proposal and Mark was so knowledgeble and helpful in explaining everything. Then in the end we realized we needed a custom size - still not a problem at all. The customer service has been great. Our pergola will be set up in the spring. I'll write a second review on how that goes once it happens. So far I am very happy we selected The Luxury Pergola.

The folks at Luxury Pergola are very attentive when I needed technical data prior to placing my order. The communications have been stellar. The product was well packaged and no damage. The instructions are very detailed and assembly went extremely well. Very satisfied with the quality of the product. I would not hesitate to purchase another pergola.

Chase was very helpful through the process

My first contact was with Chase Bess who was very professional, courteous and was very knowledgeable with their product. The reason I purchased from Luxury Pergola was the fact that their product is heavy duty well designed and well made. It was easy to assemble, just needed help lifting the parameter beams in place. The instructions and assembly videos were easy to understand and follow.

Chase was a huge help in choosing, designing and final assembly of our pergola. We are thrilled with our purchase and constantly get compliments! Thanks again

From our first interactions with the Luxury Pergola folks, they made us quickly and easily understand how the Luxury Pergola quality measured up against other brands and the considerable savings available with their self-construction business model. Our personal associate, Chase Bess, helped us work through all of the details of ordering the model that was right for our specific site, delivery, and construction plans. Chase helped us get the right tools and plans together to set us up for success. With Chase’s guidance, we were able to construct our Luxury Pergola in 10-hrs. We are very happy with every aspect of our Pergola and get comments and compliments from neighbors and visitors regularly. It really changed the entire space for four season use.

We really love our pergula. Chase was definitely the difference for me purchasing this pergula. He answered the phone at a weird time durning the day on a weekend when I thought I would just get a recording. He stayed with me throughout the whole process which wasn’t easy because I was purchasing this product for a home in another state. We had a few issues at installation time and we didn’t understand some of the directions, but Chase ALWAYS answered his phone to guide us through. Even our friends that helped us to install it were blown away that when we had a question Chase would answer it for all of us. I wish that all of my purchases would come with a person that really knows the product, stands behind it and treats everyone the way he treated us. After we completed the project I felt like Chase was someone that I have known for a long time because of his kindness and attention. Thanks again!!

We have had a wonderful experience using "The Luxury Pergola".
Chase Bess was instrumental throughout our process. He helped us design, engage with our installer "Bluefiks", and he worked with us and Bluefiks to modify our pergola in the field.
Thank you!
Mark Schultz and Steve Fischer

Patrick was responsive to calls about the pergola features, pricing and scheduling of delivery. The pergola looks great and is well built and sturdy.

The whole experience from purchase to install was made easy. And the end product is beautiful at a quarter of the cost of stick built outdoor kitchen. Patrick Hill really went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed from answering all
Our questions and making recommendations and also saving us some money as well. Really am impressed with this company

What a well made product. Always hesitant to buy such a product online so called Luxuy Pergola.Mark Haslem invited us to their Indianapolis facility to see the product. From my first contact through delivery of the Pergola, Mark was exceptional in his service. I came out to see the shop and he took me on a tour before sitting down and going through all of my options. He was available throughout the process to discuss construction and contracting questions and was always prompt and helpful. Strongly recommend this company for the quality of their product and their attention to the consumer.

Mark H did a great job working with me regarding my Pergola purchase as well as explaining the higher quality of your product as compared to some of your competitors I had been looking at ( Hanso, Pergolux) .

Mark exceeded my expectations . He worked with me for several weeks as I was doing my research and answered all my questions.

Our design consultant, Mark Haslem, was great to work with! He was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions and made us feel very confident about placing our order. Can't wait to get our pergola!

Mark Haslem did a great job in providing the answers to my many questions during the design process. His warm, relatable demeaner and keen product knowledge took all of the anxiety out of the purchasing process.
