Shady company - Do not spend your money here
Do not spend your money at this company. I bought an outfit on 11/12/22 and received an automatic email saying that my items would ship within 5-8 business days and that I would receive tracking information. Over three weeks later I did not receive my items or any updates on my order. At this point I reach out for an update. After no response, I submitted a dispute through my credit card agency. After a few more days, Lori responded to my update request saying that one of my items is back ordered and would not be ready for another couple of weeks, but let me know she could send the rest of the outfit. Out of respect for everyone’s time and the company, I was transparent and explained that I had already submitted a dispute with my credit card agency due to the lack of communication after making my order and said it would be best to cancel my order at this time. I thought this would be the end of it, but unfortunately Lori pushed me to take the items over and over again via email. I made it clear to cancel my order but the next thing I know, the company is now sending me tracking information for part of my order. My last email to Lori made it clear that I’ve asked 4 times now to cancel the order and if they were to send the items anyways I would write a poor review.
EDIT: 2/1/23 - This company went as far as submitting falsified documents to my credit card agency. The submitted documents included a shipping label for the items I stated four times not to send and an altered (and partial) email chain where they removed the statement, "it would be best to cancel my pending order."
Anyways, all I had to do after that was submit the unaltered email chain to my credit card agency to clear it up. It was an added inconvenience, and certainly frustrating that this company is this unethical and desperate enough to steal your money in any way possible.
Fragile fabric, AWFUL customer service
Fragile fabric, HORRIBLE customer service. The piece I got was basically falling apart the second we took it out of the package so I thought, I'll try to get a new one that is less fragile before an upcoming festival.
Refunds not accepted. They gave me store credit but took so long to get back to me that the festival I bought it for had already passed. I sent my original piece back to them already so I couldn't even wear that one. Do NOT buy from them please.
Art piece I got was rubbish
Art piece I got was rubbish. On letting Lumi know, the response was “shake” the art piece to get smaller bubbles. Made no difference really. Sand falls in one minute Evelyn “unimaginatively”
My light failed to work and despite being told it would be “investigated with the supplier” (hate to tell you Lumi but you sold the item to me, it’s YOYR problem.
After a month of nothing I contacted them and the story changed.
Do not trust this mob. You will be wasting your money on a cheap product. Go elsewhere.
Absolutely loved mine
Absolutely loved mine I ended up ordering a second piece. It does take some time to make and send out but mine came within a month of ordering.
Worst customer service EVER
I ordered my items with ample time to arrive by New Years Eve and was given a 7 business day shipping time. Instead, nothing arrived by the 7th day so I reached out via email. Their support team proceeded to tell me they don’t have my items in stock and offered me a different set of items that I was not interested in but they shipped them anyways. When I asked for a refund they refused and only offered store credit. Plus, my other items didn’t arrive until too late for the holiday. I will be submitting a consumer report on this sketchy company.

Just terrible. Wish I could rate 0 stars. Disappointed that @nebu.oliva supports them when they scam people. Why pay $35 for shipping when items don’t arrive for weeks? And if they don’t have what you ordered in stock, they’ll send you something else that’s way cheaper because they have a no refund / no return policy. Ordered a top that was over $60 and they sent me a cheap shein bikini top. I emailed back and forth for a week but they did nothing. If you don’t have something in stock, cancel the order and return OUR money! Disgusting

Never ordered from here before but needed a Halloween costume ASAP, I’m a size medium, in everything I wear. I ordered a costume in a M, paid for over night shipping, on Friday an extra $35.. I know shipping with weekends doesn’t work out well so didn’t recieve it til Wednesday…. Ok…. Not sure why I spent $35 for over night shipping if it’s gonna come 5 days after but, tried the costume on and wouldn’t come even close to zipping…. $121.23 wasted, needed it for this weekend, emailed them immediately, they don’t do refunds!?!? Kinda scammy if you ask me. They gave me 40% off tho.. but now I’m annoyed because now I have to go an order ANOTHER costume. And rush ship that!! I ordered 3. Because in case those don’t fit in L, I have another option in XL. I think it’s quite ridiculous that I had to size up 1-2 sizes. I didn’t even see they had a size chart til way after. Feel like that needs to be posted prior to check out. Majority of us are ordering our regular size and you guys are insanely expensive to begin with. So to be out of $121.23 and a costume that is my size that doesn’t even come anywhere close to fitting is very scam like. I wouldn’t have ordered again but unfortunately every where else is sold out of costumes. I’m hoping this comes for Saturday. I’ve had a horrible expierence so far with this company. Let’s hope these costumes that I spent $326, fit correctly and arrive by the time I need it.

Wish I could post all the screenshots of my email thread - what an absolute draining process that took me months to resolve.
1. UPS LOSE MY PACKAGE (I know it’s not LUMI’s fault, just an unfortunate situation).
I was emailing with Amie from LUMI customer service the whole time while dealing with this, and she was super helpful and understanding trying to help me through the process.
2. THEN after being told my items would re-ship on September 10th, with USPS PRIORITY instead, I received no communication or tracking number. I reached out to them again, only to be communicating with ‘Lori’ who told me my items wouldn’t be MADE until 2 WEEKS LATER and that it ISN’T THEIR FAULT that my package was lost.
I had been nothing but polite, respectful and understanding prior to this… but that was just seriously unprofessional.
They literally sent me a photo of my packaged item being shipped today - 27TH OF SEPTEMBER (again with UPS not with USPS as promised).
I was clear about when I needed my items by, and I was told that it would happen. Now I’m left with no outfit for my important event this weekend and AN $800 AUD PACKAGE OF ITEMS THAT I WONT USE.
Seriously furious and honestly confused. Up until my communication with Lori, I was literally going to write a positive review. I spoke too soon. Buy from another site, or buy a year in advance… but seriously save yourself the hassle.

I ordered my item on sept 8 and Today is sept 24. Their website says that they ship within 3 days and its a complete scam. I have emailed 5-6 times and all i get is "it will ship today or tomorrow" Which it never did. I ordered the SAME exact item from amazon and it was delivered within 24 hours. STILL no response from their customer service. DONT USE THEM!!! I messaged them telling them not to even waste their time shipping now. Lets see if i ever see a refund.

I tried to support this business by purchasing and sending an email of encouragement for their awesome designs. I placed an order on May 30th and and my order hasn’t even been shipped out yet. Their website/Instagram claimed that they ship out orders within 3-5 days. (Today, June 12th, they removed it from both locations) On top of paying for a outfit that was $119, I paid for first class shipping to have it in time for a rave I was going to. I emailed them about my order and the person that responded, (Lori) said that they will ship it out tomorrow and I should have it by that Friday. Well, it never came and my order never shipped out. They’re super active on social media but can’t respond to my emails or Dms until 4-5 days later. Stay away from this website, it almost seems like a scam. I went ahead and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and sent them over all the details. It’s such a hassle, honestly look elsewhere to buy clothes. It’s such a shame, I support all small businesses but this was such a let down.

I really should've read the reviews before I ordered and I am experiencing exactly what everybody is saying I ordered my stuff over two weeks ago going on 3 haven't received any tracking information or any feedback on where my order is and it looks like I'm not gonna get my stuff for a very long time even though I have an event coming up it's very unprofessional that they don't respond to emails and at least give people updates and give us a little peace of mind. I have no problem supporting small businesses but when they can't even respond to emails and don't even connect with their customers this is something I do not support this will be my first and last purchase their email is useless if they can't even respond. Also they are very active on Instagram they have time to post all the new stuff but yet they can't get back to their customers that makes no sense ? Zero stars if I could

I love this brand so much
I love this brand so much. Everytime I receive the products i’ve ordered im always amazed at how pretty they look in person. Everything looks and feels super high quality. I’ve gotten several sequin kimonos from them the sequins are so sparkly and never fall off. I am always getting constant compliments when wearing and people asking where I get it from!!!!
