Mo the plumber called me beforehand to and turned up on time he was very polite and did the job quick and efficiently and left everything tidy will use again if needed.

Rang this company to look at my leaking radiator, the engineer came a day late, he looked at my radiator , the cost he quoted me to change valves on two radiators was absolutely astronomical, I said to the engineer I would speak to my partner ( being polite to decline) as it was a lot more than I expected, an hour later received a call from this company, he said even though it says FreeQUOTE !! On there website I am expected to pay another fee for the engineer to travel to my house, that is not a free quote, advise this company take the free quote advertising advert off there site, you are misleading people, avoid, rude office staff, miss leading,😡

Job was professionally done to a high standard, any and all questions were answered promptly, job start to finish taken care of the tradesman deserves his own h8gh standards review great guy and knows his job.

The engineer arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently. He cleared up and removed the rubbish.

I had a problem with my concealed toilet flush and used this local plumbing service for the first time. The plumber was extremely professional, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the issue. He immediately knew what needed to be done, brought the necessary parts, and fixed everything properly, including securely sealing the flush plate.
The whole job was completed within an hour, and I was really impressed with how quick, efficient and tidy the service was. Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and will happily use them again! 😊

Great company. I called at 9am and they guaranteed a plumber the same day. It was 1900 when he arrived but he worked till it was done. He was very polite and answered my questions.

A pleasant and efficient chap who did the job.
I think the price I paid was a bit OTT at £198 including VAT. It was not an hours work but it has been paid and I am happy it’s done.
