My sister-in-law originally ordered Seeland Blue Gilet in L on the 8th December 2024 (my Christmas present).
She received a notification that they could not located the stock of the Blue, would I be happy with a Green in L - we went back and said yes... to which they dispatched.
However on 28th December, when we had our family Christmas lunch; I opened my present to find that they had in fact sent out a XL (which is too big for me).
Bothe my sister-in-law and I have tried repeatedly to contact them but to no avail...
~ Website phone number not answered (message left).
~ eBay shop messages not answered.
~ Facebook webpage out of date and phone number not answered.
~ email: awaiting to see if this gets answered with photographic evidence of order and incorrect product.

Very helpful, offering solutions when product wanted was unavailable. Different size was offered which suited. Always responded regarding tracking for delivery

Really competitive price for the product I bought, in fact, I couldn't find cheaper. The only niggle is that I didn't get an email saying my item was dispatched, so was about to send a query about where it was when it was delivered. Hardly something to quibble about as the delivery was on time.

Ordered item. Confirmation email received stating order gone through. 13 days now and no item arrived. Have emailed to enquire, searched internet for every possible number to contact them on, and have not had one single reply back. Am starting the refund process now on the c/card as no contact from this company. So, AVOID at all costs, save yourself the hassle, and use another company to buy your items/goods from......

Very good experience. Received item as ordered - some Joules shoes. I was a little weary as usually only buy online from shops that are well known, eg Next, Boots, Amazon etc. I didn’t receive a despatch email immediately like you would large companies but after waiting a few days I emailed the company to check if it had been despatched and they replied within a couple of days telling me to expect it today by Evri. Which was spot on, they just came and are lovely thank you.

I still haven’t received my order. No correspondence since paying.

I have been trying to contact the company for several days by email and phone and have left messages. The expensive boots I bought have failed after just over a year. Looks like they sell seconds or something and have no interest in resolving complaints
