Beautifully made quality gifts for christmas which I have brought from The Lily Pad,, fabulous shop with amazing products ,came quickly and safely in post,cant wait to visit the shop ❤️

Charged for product then when I asked about shipping she said she did not ship to the US. Too expensive. I told her to refund my money then. Why did she charge me for item if she doesn't ship??? Did she think I was gonna fly to the UK to pick up the item? In the end, she only partially refunded my money and I got nothing for it! Don't do business with this crook!

What’s not to like, very quick despatch, excellent price and customer service. We had a very small issue with a missing bracket but it was soon resolved, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Lillypad, would definitely recommend you.

Really great company. Was searching for a specific item which was expensive everywhere. Not only did they have it but, it was reasonably priced! Kept me up to date with delivery and was packaged really well. Great item too! Only issue was delivery driver left in on the porch and I was worried someone would take it
