We purchased a salt lamp which we are very happy with. Excellent customer service would definitely recommend to others.

Efficient company with excellent customer service. One product from my order was duplicated by mistake. Loved the candle holder so requested an invoice to pay, was told not to worry and just enjoy the product. This type of customer service is not common so fully appreciated the gesture. Will shop there again.

I'd been looking for Salt lamps as had heard good benefits but mainly to use as a night light/ bedside light. Stumbled across this company and decided to purchase 2 to try. One of the lamps was damaged on arrival so I wrote back to ask if they could replace.
I got a speedy response and replacement within 7 days. Great customer services and very happy with the lamps!

Brought a lamp back in September and still haven’t received it. No real useful communication with someone named Elgan, bank unable to refund me.

Update: received a refund and got my lamp. Lamp isn’t anything like the website and it arrived damaged in a damaged box.

Bought 2 Heart lamps, 1 arrived & 1 didn't. Contacted The Lamp Life & they dispatched another straight away.

First time buyer with this company, a small problem that was dealt with speedily and to my full satisfaction. Very pleased with my lamp.

I have brought salt lamps from here twice now first one was delivered quickly and was perfect. Also my second one was delivered quickly there was a problem with this one however I emailed about this sent photos and they sent me a new one out straight away. Definitely will be buying from here again.

I bought a Himalayan salt lamp, the largest they offer and my word it is incredible. I would highly recommend buying salt lapms from this company as they will not disappoint you. I will be recommending to my family and friends. Although they are very heavy to carry by yourself lol

Ordered a himalayas salt rock lamp for my neice she loves it, and may buy another one!
When it arrived the packaging was a bit tatty and the bulb holder was broken. I emailed the company and they promptly sent a replacement part. The email system was polite and resolved the problem efficiently.
I would use this company again, but maybe a different courier would treat the package with a bit more care.

This is a lovely lamp, I already feel like I wouldn't be without it! Very colourful but the colours change in a calm, smooth way. Would recommend to anyone.

I ordered a salt lamp and it took from may 31st to the 12th of June to come. Initially, I was not happy. However, the owner offered me a 50% refund so I really can't complain. Great service, shipping could use some work though haha.

Such a beautiful piece. Looks lovely in my home and can't wait to feel the benefits. I bought one for myself after buying one for my Mom for Christmas. The box came damaged and without a bulb, however a quick response to my email and received the bulb. Recommended.

I bought 3 lamps in the thick of winter, one for myself & 2 for other family members.

Delivery was swift & lamps well packaged, I’d never owned a salt lamp before, but friends have raved about them & how Beneficial they are for SAD syndrome especially. Which I do suffer with.

Well - what can I say! Incredible! I had all 3 lamps switched on in my kitchen & the energy I felt was so uplifting.
My dad & brother now have the other 2 lamps & i really miss the extra ‘light/energy’ from them. So I will be looking to purchase a larger lamp before Autumn sets in this year....may be sooner (as I love them so much)

I had carried out lots of reading on the internet before purchasing. I was warned against buying fakes from popular sites. So many fakes around, so be very careful. A proper salt lamp will be SALT ! Not plastic.

So The customer service from Elgan was second to none, I had a question about delivery, he got back straight away then kept checking everything was sorted ( Delivery question ). ...
