My Himalayan salt lamp was delivered quickly and efficiently and I love it. It enhances the energy in my bedroom enormously.

Bought two lamps to have soft lighting at night when nursing or changing our baby. Really happy with them.

I ordered a large salt lamp. It was well packaged and arrived safely. Really happy with how the lamp looks and it’s perfect for my room.
Communication with Thelamplife was excellent and my questions were answered promptly, even outside of normal business hours.

When I received my order part of the light fitting was broke aswell as the bulbs, however I contacted customer service straight away and I got a response very quickly. After an apology I was informed a new fitting and bulbs would be sent out asap. I received the replacements within a few day and could finally set up my lamp which I love. Thanks so much for handling this situation well, great customer service🙂

Having ordered two lamps and family members expressed how good they looked I ordered 2 more for my Mum and Sister. Fantastic products and priced competitively. Slight delay on shipping but not the fault of the seller. Carrier at fault. Definitely would recommend.

Personally I can not recommend this company. I brought the oil burner for a gift and it was all rusty inside and the bulb blew straight away, I was sent a new lamp and was asked to basically rebuild the lamp I already had and asking me to swap the cable over when it had nothing to do with that, after a long wait to hear back I managed to get them sent back but then had another long wait on replies and emails finally received refund after 5 weeks.

Wow, these are the real thing, they are incredible. I purchased two lamps, one colour changing usb sphere and one traditional large salt lamp. Both fantastic, the sphere in particular has a mesmerising colour changing sequence which it utterly captivating. Delivered so quickly and safely packaged to avoid damages. Would 100% recommend and purchase again.

I ordered salt lamps from this company a few weeks ago and I was so impressed with the product, packaging, delivery and overall value for money, I ordered another one afterwards! Communication from the company has been excellent on the two occasions that I have contacted them. The two purchases that I have already made are for presents; I shall be placing another order for one for myself!
