Terrible service have asked for money back

Terrible service have asked for money back already but promised items missing from first order made on 2 Feb still not arrived. It took till 22 Feb for it to initially be sent, on arrival 1 bra out of 5. Here I am still waiting. Have today requested my money back for the second time. Bra received definitely not worth the money. Disappointed and dismayed how this company manages to get good reviews from others.

It seems you had quite an unpleasant experience with our company.

I am sorry to learn that you have not received everything you had ordered and that the quality of the product you received did not meet your expectations. And to top it all off, trying to get a refund proved to be much more difficult than it should be.

We will be the first to admit that shipping has been one of our main weaknesses lately. Unfortunately, due to the global circumstances we all know about, it took our shipping partners longer than usual to deliver all orders. We have found alternative solutions, and we expect to see an improvement in the future.

Nevertheless, the fact that you didn't receive any communication regarding these issues, and then the fact that you weren't able to speak to someone who could help you, must have been really frustrating, and I am so sorry about that!

The Bra is amazing

The Bra is amazing. I have tried many other types but because Im a bigger girl thay don't work.

Too flimsy for any support.

I was so looking forward to getting a comfortable bra. It took a long time to arrive. The product is disappointing in that it might suit a small bust but certainly does not have the strength to uphold a D cup. The fabric in the main structure is flimsy and it is cut too low in the front to support anything more than a B cup. The flimsy fabric fabric does not hold firm on the shoulders.

Terrible product and service

Took 3 weeks to arrive. Awful quality and fit. When you try and return it they either offer a 40% refund or you must post it at your own cost from UK to Slovakia. It is a cheap bra with no padding or structure at a ridiculous price.

It seems like you really had a terrible experience; the bra took 3 weeks to arrive to you, it did not meet your expectations, and trying to return the item for a refund proved to be a headache. Please allow us to apologize for all the trouble we have caused you!

We have to admit that we have had some issues with shipping, but we are working hard to find better solutions and we are starting to see improvement in that department.

Regarding returns, as a general rule, it is indeed the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping cost. However, I can see that we've let you down on so many fronts, and I definitely want to find a way to make it up to you.

Stay clear

Ordered on 21st Feb 2022, still not received.
They will not allow me to cancel as say order processed. They cannot tell me where the item is or when it will be delivered. Customer support send out standard response, no help at all.
DO NOT BUY

We apologize for the inconvenience! Due to a high volume of purchases, we are experiencing delays in processing and shipping some orders. We have been making some upgrades, and we hope to see an improvement in this department soon.

When it comes to our cancelation policy, as a general rule, once an order is processed, we can no longer cancel it. That's just because once we get a package ready for shipping, we hand it over to a delivery company, and it is then effectively out of our hands.

Good marketing for a very poor product

I bought 3 bras and a 4th one as a sale offer. They were guarantee to arrived in 3 weeks, due to the times, I relax and expected to arrived within one more week. The first one arrived at the fourth week, and the other two, 2 weeks later after several calls. I have to cancel the fourth one after 3 months waiting, and asking, with no one available to give an answer.
Very bad tailor, not way to adjust, I follow their size chart, no pads arrived, the chest band get like ruffles after two months, since day one, was a torture using it, their “easy front closure” get me scars, the pin hurt me, there was no pad fabric, to protect your skin, , the lace was harsh, the materials are rough and cheap. threads start coming out after 3 months.

They try their best to make me keep them, offering a refund, for late arrival and I really try to love them, but still they have to work on their product, to make them a quality product, that can be sold and deliver as promised

I should have try to buy one, because I have to throw them all away.

Late on arrival but WORTH THE WAIT!

It took two and a half weeks for my Lacy Bra to arrive but I have to admit that it was WORTH THE WAIT. In my over 60 years of existence I have purchased different types of bras ranging in prices up to ridiculously expensive; but this is the first one that's made me feel very, very comfortable and for me comfort is very important. Have ordered more and told family and friends about The Lacy Bra!!!

Sorry to say but appalled at the…

Sorry to say but appalled at the service I got, I ordered 3 bras in 3 colours as they were in stock. I was waiting 2 months before I asked where my order was, customer service said they apologized but the colours I ordered were no longer in stock, so what they really meant was they forgot about my order.
I should of got a refund but the lovely assistant talked me around to getting the bra in other colours and said I would be an urgent priority.
2 weeks later 3 bras turned up 2 with tags n labels and 1 with no tags or labels just screwed up into a different type of bag to the other bras which was odd. I did not open any of the packaging as the colours were not what I expected I just wanted to send them back after this.
I have tried with every breath to send these bras back to obtain a full refund, but they expect me to pay for full cost of postage to a country I've never heard of, even though the bra has obviously been worn it definitely is not new and is unacceptable that I have to pay for a garment that as been worn by someone else especially under the circumstances. Its unhygienic and disgusting.
Please be warned.

I got two orders but only one package

I got two orders but only one package, and I wasn’t sure if they both came in the same package. There was no invoice and I did not receive an email with my order either. I do like the bras however Only one came with a zipper in the front the rest are all clasps closures.

Comfort shape and pretty

This is the second time I've bought this bra, this time I got 3!! Having had breast surgery, I find it hard to get supporting, comfortable and nice bras however this one does the trick. It gives a great shape, ties at the front and keeps its shape when washed.

I really like this bra

I really like this bra. I am in the process loosing 30 pounds so it may fit differently as I travel this journey. As of right now, it's a bit snug but I know it will not remain that as the pounds shed. Overall it's very comfortable.
