Products were unfortunately shipped after more than a month. Processing looks good, price performance is right. Support answers delayed. In the end everything is fine.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT'S A SCAM!!! I'VE ORDERED SOMETHING AND IT NEVER ARRIVED! I SENT THEM A LOT OF MESSAGES FOR A MONTH AND THEY NEVER SENT MY ORDER!

Bought two straight razors for wedding presents, asked the company for a favour and they delivered. Then was bought a Shavette as a gift, wonderful piece of kit, my favourite way to shave. Love the designs, love the company, something different with a Personal service.

Really cool products...the tracking system for orders needs a little work, I had a missed delivery card from the postman before I could track on the website! Cue trip to the sorting office 🙄

Excellent quality and brilliant customer service!

I ordered my dethrays on a preorder basis and was told in an email that they would be shipped late July. I didn’t receive these until late August and when the product arrived the Dethrays sunglasses are a terrible, very cheap and tacky looking product. They’re nothing like they are photographed on the website and feel like they’re made from an old plastic coke bottle. Won’t ever be shopping with Killing Tree again

Order placed on the 19th of July. Over a month later and still haven't received my items. Ordered a pair of sunglasses for a holiday I have NOW COME BACK FROM. No communication at all to say that my order had been delayed. Had to chase this up twice and both times I got a generic reply which wasn't specific to the questions I had asked. The second time I contacted I tried to raise a complaint and asked for a manager to contact me but still got an unhelpful template in response. I asked for some kind of compensation but this was completely ignored.

If you are looking for an independent clothing company who are able to provide actual customer service, this isn't the one. For a decent customer experience try companies such as Hit or Miss clothing, Abandon Ship, Slackjaw apparel or Hard Grind.

Hopefully my order will arrive soon. This will be the last time I use this company.

Absolutely in love with my 6 art prints from the killing tree, so gorgeous and amazing quality too! Go check these guys out!

Pre-ordered a pair of Dethrays and recieved them with no issues! Only issue being there seemed to be some miscommunication when it came to when it was going to be dispatched, but TKT replied to all messages promptly with very polite explanations. Given how large the amount of orders they had was, the service was great. Would definitely buy from them again

Had a problem on a previous orders, but this seems to have been fixed now. The quality of the prints however is top notch and I have a couple now that I look forward to hanging in my home.

Fantastic company. So far I've received 3 art prints and a pin badge. All top quality. Just saving my pennies for a tshirt or 2.

I know they get inundated with orders especially when running promotions which is when I made this purchase and still found the delivery time to be great. Dead easy to order and navigate the site too. Keep up the good work 👍🏻
