The Junk Pros were very helpful with the clean out of an elderly family members apartment. The on-site team was professional and straigtened up after they were done.

I looked up many junk service companies on the computer. Just by luck I chose junk pros. Craig, Paul and Gianni did an excellent job in clearing out a huge house. They arrived on time and did everything possible to do a great job. It was a pleasure meeting these gentlemen.

I'm in the business of selling real estate, and occasionally have the task of selling an apartment or home that is the subject of an estate sale. More often than not, the recently deceased person was elderly and/or sickly, and did not have the ability to clean and/or pare down belongings over the years. In essence, they became junk collectors, making the sale of their home or apartment most difficult, if not impossible. In those circumstances, my solution has always been to immediately call THE JUNK PROS. After identifying the items that needed removal, THE JUNK PROS did the rest. Their very capable crews literally boxed, bagged and hauled all the unwanted furniture, clothing and personal items off the premises into their own truck (alleviating the need for a dumpster) with the assurance that its contents would be properly and legally disposed of. Cost was based on the size of the load, and within a reasonable time, an unmanageable situation suddenly became manageable. The space had been reclaimed. THE JUNK PROS are on speed dial for me, and are an invaluable asset for my business. They are also licensed and insured, so I can use them in condos and coops where all contractors and vendors must be compliant. THE JUNK PROS TAKE THE NUISANCE OUT OF JUNK!

My entire experience with The Junk Pros was a breath of fresh air, during an otherwise very challenging time. My situation was treated with respect from the estimate process, through the final "broom clean", and it wasn't an easy task (as the team would probably remember).
I would recommend The Junk Pros without hesitation.

Craig and Andrew (I think it was Andrew) called ahead, and came right when they said they would. They worked hard for two and a half hours (I had to remind them to take breaks for water since it was hot), and worked so efficiently. The only flaw in my situation was I scheduled with the answering service and they didn't convey the message properly so the company called me in the morning and there was a chance my appointment didn't exist. In the end they were able to push it to an hour later than originally planned but that was fine. Also the rate the answering service told me was lower than the actual rate, but thankfully it worked out anyway. The price is great for the work the guys did and I'd recommend them in a heart beat.

The service that the Junk Pros provided was very professional and without hesitation. I live out of state so I needed a company to clean out over 40 plus years of junk from my home ASAP. I contacted this company the paperwork was emailed to me and Rose took care of my needs! The new homeowners will appreciate the fact that they will be moving into a home that has been totally cleaned out by the Junk Pros!

Everyone was friendly, helpful and very efficient---Rose in the Office, Gary giving estimates in the field and the whole work crew on the day of clean out. They made a dreadful project as painless as it could be!
The JunkPros team hauled away a huge amount of rubbish in a very short time. This job was difficult--3 flights up with lots of heavy items such as boxes of books, firewood, etc. They were well organized and made short work of it.

i'm a female super of a 20 unit building in hell'skitchen. junkpros were hired by my landlord and i was the facilitator; the workmen had to go thru me.
1st it was pouring rain and traffic was nasty...but the lead gentleman called me extremely apologetic that they were running behind schedule. do you realize how respectful that is? i deal with so many sub contractors and contractors who do not extend that simple courtesy and i was immediately impressed.
2nd...it was a lot of crap to remove, plus dismantling of shelving. the space was left completely empty and swept in just 2 hours. all the workmen were polite and had great senses of humor. i would recommend them in a heartbeat and they all should get raises :)
