The team was prompt, organized, thorough, and worked their butts off. Way beyond what I expected.

I was leaving an apartment I had been in for decades, and needed a company for the clear-out. Found Junk Pros through Home Advisor, and could not have been happier with every aspect of the experience, from Rosie in the office who was friendly and efficient and who arranged everything, to Gary who did the initial inspection, and to the six (!) guys who cleared my fourth-floor walk up within three hours, with cheerfulness and and strength. I recommend this company and its staff without reservation.

I work in the museum & gallery industry and we go through an incredible amount of material in the course of our daily business -- packing materials, crates, paint, construction materials for exhibitions, etc., etc. I have hired The Junk Pros while working for multiple employers and they never fail to impress. The office staff is courteous and helpful, and every junk removal team that has arrived onsite is professional, incredibly efficient, and strong. They handle heavy crates and pedestals with ease. I am always amazed by how neatly they pack the truck in order to fit the maximum amount of junk possible. This level of care and attention shows that they take their job seriously and will go the extra mile to save their clients money. I have and will continue to highly recommend The Junk Pros to my colleagues in the industry.

They cleaned out my aunt's final residence at Brookdale Battery Park following her death... from start to finish it was an excellent experience, reasonably priced, called back when they said they would call back, the driver even called the day of the clean-out as he was going to be half an hour later than the expected time. Had no need to supervise at all, the place was left perfectly broom clean, Brookdale quickly refunded from that day to the end of the month we had already paid for. Highly recommended.

I highly recommended this company. This company is first-class all the way. The staff was beyond professional and fast. Efficient and knowledgeable.

A big shout out to these guys they were fantastic.!! Cleaned out a house we sold in no time. I highly recommend them. Ricardo took charge and with 2 of his helpers removed mattresses, bedroom sets, couch and all sorts of odd and ends.

I highly recommend Junk Pros for their proficiency in what they do. All was done neatly and left broom clean after the work was completed. If you have rubbish you need removed call Junk Pros they get the job done.

They cleaned out my aunt's apartment which had about 50 years of hoarding. I didn't think it could be done. No hassle. Woman in the office was very responsive and helpful. They gave a competitive price, showed up on time and got the job done. Love them.

We used Junk Pros to clean out my mom's apartment. The phenomenal service started with my initial contact with Rosie and continued throughout clean up day. The three man team was on time and worked through a very hot day to get the job done. They do a top to bottom job taking everything from the contents of the cabinets to the shades off the windows and then sweeping up to get the remnants. We highly recommend Junk Pros.

I used them on two occasions in NY emptying a relatives apartment. The receptionist Rosie was so helpful, accommodating and really on the ball. The staff was beyond professional and fast. They have this moving thing down to a science. It was over so quickly, all the movers were cordial and helpful. I'd recommend them to everyone and their prices are a lot lower than 800-GOT-JUNK. Give them a call you will not be disappointed. They will work around your schedule.

I needed to put my house on the market but the stumbling block was the 30+ years of accumulated "stuff" in the basement. At age 67, this was just too tough a job. I called a number of places that specialized in junk removal for estimates but it was talking to Greg from Junk Pros, that decided it for me. I could tell I would be in good hands with Junk Pros and the price was right.

The three men that arrived to clean out the basement were fantastic! They were professional, helpful and courteous. The trucks were packed perfectly so I wasn't overcharged and the basement looked beautiful after they finished. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you!
