We had a wonderful stay! We will definitely come back. The parking and lift system was very convenient and easy to use, and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Geweldig verblijf, midden in het centrum
Wij zijn net thuis van een super fijn verblijf bij The James Hotel en wat hebben wij genoten! Wat ons betreft is dit echt een aanrader voor iedereen die comfortabel én centraal in Rotterdam wil overnachten.
Bij aankomst werden wij ontzettend vriendelijk verwelkomd. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons écht gezien en gehoord. Er werd de tijd genomen om alles goed aan ons uit te leggen.
Dat persoonlijke en gastvrije ontvangst zet meteen de toon voor je verblijf.
Onze kamer was werkelijk een en al top! Toevallig zaten wij op de 18e etage en dat betekende: een prachtig uitzicht over de skyline van Rotterdam. 🌆 Het blijft bijzonder om ’s avonds de lichtjes van de stad te zien en ’s ochtends wakker te worden met zo’n uitzicht.
De kamer was schoon, modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles voelde fris en comfortabel, precies wat je wilt na een dagje slenteren in de stad.
Op de 2e etage bevindt zich de Food Market, en die is dag en nacht geopend. Dit vonden wij echt ideaal. Het is een soort mini-supermarkt waar je gemakkelijk iets te drinken of een snack kunt halen zonder dat je de deur uit hoeft.
Of je nu ’s avonds laat nog trek hebt of ’s ochtends vroeg iets wilt meenemen: alles is binnen handbereik. Dat maakt het verblijf net even wat relaxter.
Bij de receptie gaven de medewerkers aan dat The James sinds kort van 3 naar 4 sterren is gegaan, en ik kan je vertellen: dat is méér dan verdiend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
De combinatie van gastvrijheid, comfort, locatie en faciliteiten maakt dit hotel absoluut 4-sterren waardig.
Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en één ding is zeker: wij komen hier zeker terug!

Wat een prachtige review om te lezen, dank jullie wel!
Wat fijn dat jullie zo hebben genoten van jullie verblijf bij The James en dat vooral het warme welkom meteen een goede start van jullie bezoek gaf. Ons team doet er alles aan om iedere gast zich écht gezien en welkom te laten voelen, dus het is geweldig om te horen dat dit zo is ervaren.
De kamers op de hogere verdiepingen, zoals de 18e etage, hebben inderdaad een geweldig uitzicht over de skyline van Rotterdam. Mooi dat jullie daar zo van hebben kunnen genieten, zowel ’s avonds met alle lichtjes als ’s ochtends bij het wakker worden.
Ook leuk om te lezen dat de Food Market op de 2e etage goed bevallen is. We horen vaker dat gasten het ideaal vinden dat je op elk moment van de dag iets kunt halen zonder het hotel te hoeven verlaten.
En natuurlijk zijn we extra trots dat jullie onze recente stap naar 4 sterren zo terecht vinden! Dat is voor ons een mooie erkenning, en jullie woorden bevestigen dat we op de goede weg zitten.
Nogmaals bedankt voor het delen van jullie ervaring. We kijken ernaar uit om jullie in de toekomst weer te mogen verwelkomen bij The James!
