Returned pyjamas as they were really not of the quality and standard I expected for £38.
Material very thin and see through and they arrived terribly creased which just made them look cheaper. They were meant to be a gift but too embarrassed to give as a present.

Disappointed. I got the shorts pyjamas since it’s been so hot, got the hummingbird ones last year and loved them! For some reason they’ve changed the style of the shorts to be quite tight around the thigh, making them ride up terribly, extremely uncomfortable. I foolishly assumed they’d be the same as my other pair, how wrong I was. However the quality is still great and the pyjamas shipped super fast, just a shame they didn’t fit.

Purchased a pair of cotton pyjamas size medium. Bottoms are huge & the top would fit a size 10, which is a very neat fit size 10. Way off sizing

I purchased size M. I am 5 foot 5 and a half inches tall and weigh 8 stone 11 lbs.
The problem: I find the body of the trousers is too short. The measurement between the waist and the crotch is too short, making them very uncomfortable. I feel they need to be three to four inches longer in the body to be a comfortable fit especially for sleeping in. I find the pyjama jacket to also be three to four inches too short. For it to be comfortable and overlap the pyjama trousers properly the top does need to be longer. My view is that the pyjamas have been skimped of material and not the standard I was expecting.

Have bought two pairs of the beautiful peacock blue pyjamas - one as a gift for christmas and one now for myself. They are beautiful. I like that they have pockets. The fabric feels nice to wear. Delivery was quick too.

Quite long delivery time but not a major issue. The sizing however...I am a size 14 and ordered the L. They are absolutely huge, easily fit a size 20 - 22. The top nearer a size 16. Their Nibs described them as being 'roomy' however the bottoms won't even stay up they are that big. I'm definitely not a size 12 which is why I didn't order the M (for sizes 12 - 14). Fabric is OK although no stretch at all. Design is quite nice hence to 2 stars.

I now have three pairs of Their Nibs cotton pyjamas. Lovely crisp print, pretty piping and pockets in two of the three pairs. You can never have too many pockets.
They need to be pulled straight as soon as they come out of the wash so they don't crease too badly as they dry.
Wash after wash the buttonholes remain tight which is a major issue for me with other brands I've tried that won't stay fastened. These do!

Ordered my daughter, some pyjamas for Christmas i’ve got the wrong size straight away Their Nibs change them straight away without any problem .. if you’re thinking of getting a present for anyone definitely get pyjamas, quality and the design make a perfect present

I had a pair of these bought for me as an xmas present and I really liked the flamboyant print, so much in fact I quickly bought another pair. I'd had them for about a week and I was sitting with my legs crossed when the seat split in two like a big grin on my six.
I don't understand why they felt very comfortable and they weren't exactly tight. The only conclusion I could come to is there was a fault in the fabric

Really excellent cusomer service - they went above and beyond for me. Also a very reasonable price, and suh beautiful design. Ordered cotton PJs on a Friday with postal strikes and only a week to go till Christmas so chose courier delivery. They answered my question and had them packed up ready to go over the weekend and I received them on the Tuesday. They turned out too big so I returned them asking if I'd get them back in time for a birthday or whether I'd need to pay for courier delivery again. Thye emailed back they they despatched them by First class post.
I'm puzzled by the variability of responses on Trustpilot but would say they are very reasonably priced and mistakes can and do happen. Also, at that price, I am perfectly happy to pay for the return postage to them; that seems only fair. The critical thing is customer service and I can't fault them on it at all. Thank you, Their nibs!

I bought some pyjamas as a xmas present for my granddaughter. Unfortunately they were too long in the leg although the material was lovely as was the print. I returned them and received a refund a couple of days after they were returned. I would definitely shop with them again as the service was excellent.

I can not comment on the quality of the products as my issue was that I never received the delivery. 5 weeks after placing the order (a Christmas gift for my sister), the Royal Mail tracking site still says they are expecting the product. Their Nibs confirmed they were despatched but they seen to have disappeared.
Upon contacting customer service approx 3 weeks after placing the order, I requested a refund which was issued but unfortunately not in time to get a replacement present for Christmas. Very disappointing. I should also mention the only delivery option was €10 which I consider quite expensive.

Men's pyjamas do not have a fly in them which is probably a way for them to save a small amount of money in manufacture........ but I did not find out until after wearing them so could not return or exchange. Very arrogant response when I contacted them by email to ask whether this is a design fault....very unhelpful.

Ordered two pairs of PJ's, one Satin and one cotton. Love the prints and styles but had a problem with the quality of the cotton pair. Sent and email and photos got an immediate response with an apology and the promise of a replacement. Sent straight away by courier and told to keep the faulty pair if I can do anything with them. My pet hate is bad customer service but they went above and beyond. These items are made in India, not expensive and you are almost bound to get the odd reject and some will get missed in quality control. The key is in keeping your customer happy if something does go wrong by acting promptly and sorting it and I am one happy customer.

The cheapest satin, threads coming off everywhere, wonky pocket. Just awful pyjamas. Thankfully ordered early for Christmas so had time to send them back and got issued a full refund, but just dire quality.
