Highly recommended
I’ve had the most positive experience with the Interior Design Institute. I loved the course, it gives you solid foundations in Interior Design but also encourages you to go beyond. It is professionally made up, comprehensive, practical but also inspiring to open up your creativity. Be prepared that you most probably will need to buy additional modules, if you are serious about it. But the cost of the core course is very reasonable in comparison with other institutions. The administration and organisation is impeccable. My teacher has been very helpful, responsive and encouraging. The customer service replies immediately. So I highly recommend. It’s honest, solid and prepares you well for the profession.

Highly practical and supportive learning experience
I have been really enjoying the learning process in the interior design course with the Interior Design Institute. I am particularly satisfied with assignments and how structured they are. It helps me understand the practical implications of the design process but also the knowledge behind it. Completing the real-life-scenario assignments allowed me to gain valuable experience. The course is focused on independent learning, which allows me to work at my own pace while still providing guidance and support when needed. Very helpful
Every module is built extemely comprehensively and the respective assignments are very helpful to understanding the topics at hand. Upon completion of this course you can very well begin your journey as an interior designer.

An easy to follow course which gives a thorough foundation in all aspects of Interior Design
A thoroughly researched course which gives great insights and advice. The tutors are very responsive and knowledgeable. The modules are in a coherent order and the online platform is easy to use. The only thing I would like to see more of would be variety in learning materials, perhaps more video or some audio as the majority of modules are delivered through reading text and then completing assignments.

Great learning experience
I’m half way through the diploma and loving it. For someone who is learning about interior design for the first time it is a full on experience. Modules are constructed in a way that with each completed you start to feel more confident in your skills and ability. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to dip their toes in world of interiors either for their own project or as a career choice. Important to note that this is not an easy to do diploma in a month or two, it will take patience, research and sometimes long hours in front of your computer. You need to be committed.

Great course with great mentors
Well structured modules with useful and great explained details about interior design. Mentor provides detailed observation for each assignment and tips how to improve them if needed.

Helpful and Inspiring Content
Taking this course was a great decision. As an architect, I already had some knowledge, but the content really opened my eyes to new details and ways of thinking about interior spaces. A project-based course to start your own business
Finished module 10 (out of 12) and learned A LOT! The project-based assignments give me the practical experience needed to start my own studio. I will soon complete the diploma course, and if there was a master's course available after it, I would register immediately!

Comprehensive and well structured course
The course is comprehensive and well planned out. Each module is easy to follow and interesting. There is a nice balance between the theory of interior design and learning how to put this theory into practice.

Easy to stay motivated…
For me the course is very easy to follow, even after a break of a few months. I am also doing the advanced module of Sketchup, which helps a lot once you are at Module 4.
The website is very clear and user friendly. Staying connected in the fb group, seeing what other students are doing and experiencing helps me to stay motivated to keep going and finish the course.

Empowering and Rewarding
I am extremely satisfied with my experience at The Interior Design Institute and the interior design course I’m currently taking. Coming from the legal industry, I’ve always had a passion for interior design, and this program has finally allowed me to take a step toward something I’ve always dreamed about. With each stage of the program and every exam I complete, I find myself gaining more confidence in applying what I’ve learned in practice. The balance of theoretical knowledge and practical application has been incredibly beneficial, allowing me to see how the concepts I study in theory are translated into real-world design projects. I am especially grateful for my mentor’s guidance, which has been invaluable in deepening my understanding, refining my skills, and building my confidence and self-trust in my abilities. This is a great course, I have learned so much about interior design. The assignments are fun to do, some more challenging than others. There is a Facebook group which is very helpful and you also can contact your tutor for help and advice if you need help.
