They have their tactics, promises my business they will waive the outstanding on the current provider to allow the switch , they never succeeded , and the first thing they will
Make you do is to sign a contract . Beware!!!
Harassed me with a call till I signed the contract . Making a claim against my business for loss of income for a job they lied to me they are specialist in . Called the Designated staff that calls me everyday answered once and stopped answering his phone nor message moments I told him about the claim . Current provider still wants their balance .

Steer clear off this business

signed a contract for imperial group to transfer our electric supply over to another company they said they would deal with everything , but EDF would not let them transfer so they have now said we owe them £900 as the contract did not go through, rip off merchants offered them the chance to set up new contract still not sure why it never went through they declined and demanded their money
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

ask for a quote for a small building, they sent me quotes for many suppliers and got all the agreements set up very quickly.
