Heather is absolutely incredible and the training is so so personalised. She makes you feel welcome and really cares about helping you. You will never be bored. She is so engaging. Love heather. And her little jokes really do make you laugh and it’s the most helpful training I’ve ever experienced. Lovely lady and I’ve learned more than I thought I would.

I attended the In-House Manager Bootcamp. This provided excellent training in managerial skills and plenty of 'food for thought' in particular around the psychology of change and motivation. I will certainly be using this in my working practice moving forwards.

Cath was a great teacher. I came away from the New Manager bootcamp with a lot more knowledge on how to provide feedback and deal with difficult conversation if occurred.

I attended the 'building resilience at work' course on the 11th June with Shona and it was a fantastic course! Shona was absolutely brilliant, full of knowledge and delivered the course in a fun way. Would definitely recommend and hope to attend more future courses with The Hub Events!

The building resilience at work course has really helped me reshape my views and offer me really helpful techniques on making me feel more resilient. The course delivered by Shona, was engaging and incredibly interesting. Helping me take a different perspective on myself, and open up. Setting my own personal goals has helped me refocus, and aid me in thinking though stressful situations I encounter in a calm manner.

With the course content, I have built an action plan and learnt resilience techniques I will take away to guide me through not only my working day, but daily life as well

The course was entitled 'Dealing with Difficult People. The ability to maintain an attendees interest from 9.30 to 4pm is not easy. James managed to do so, seemingly, effortlessly.
A really insightful course.

James was very engaging and kept the material relevant and interesting. His delivery was spot on and he allowed the group to debate without digressing too much. I've never previously attended training where I was fully engaged for the entire session. The venue was great too.

Very interactive and interesting topics. Thought provoking and emotive, but really loved that you gave us the opportunity to take away an action plan.

I love the trainning, a lot of tools that we can use on a day to day to manage people. The instructor was very good, he was able to engage everyone even after lunch that is a time where people just go down for a little. Congratulations I love it.

I really enjoyed the course, James is not only excellent at communicating the content, but also actively takes time to engage with the group and answer any additional questions. The topics covered were really useful, whether you are just starting as a manager or you are already managing a team. The venue is also worth mentioning, great space, food and service. 10/10 overall.

A really impactful course on women in leadership. Thought-provoking discussion points and time for personal reflections enabled all participants to get a lot from the session. Rarely do you find a course that is equally applicable to all, at every level of leadership but this one did just that! Would highly recommend.

James is a very good communicator, relaxed and included everyone around the table.

James was an excellent communicator and made the course feel quite informal which helped to relax you a bit. Very interesting topic which highlighted the importance of different ways of communicating.

The In-house New Manager Bootcamp on 8th May was really useful. Larry was very knowledgeable and provided solutions to some difficult management queries. He was engaging and it was great to learn not only from himself, but also the other managers in the room - which he facilitated through group working.

The Influencing Without Authority course that Shona led was brilliant. A great time investment - thank you.
