NOTHING HAPPENS REALLY

NOTHING HAPPENS REALLY, EXCEPT THAT I'VE PAID THE PREMIUM FEE AND SINCE THEN... SILENCE. WHERE ARE THOSE MANY-MANY BUYERS? CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO, JUST GO ROUND AND ROUND AMONG THE MANY QUESTIONS OFFERED TO BE ANSWERED BUT NOT THE ONE YOU MIGHT HAVE.

Rogue adverts, listed without permission of the agent

You guys are reposting property adverts belonging to my company, without consent. What’s worse is that these adverts are out of date and for properties that have already been let or sold. This is leading to my staff having to respond to constant enquiries (usually from Facebook Marketplace) and dealing with angry and disappointed customers who believed properties are still available. I’ve also received a complaint and a negative review on social media today because someone who missed out on one of our rental properties, saw it had been ‘readvertised 10 hours ago’ and has accused us of being deceptive. This is not the case and I would like you to contact me as soon as possible to arrange for you to remove all our properties and images/intellectual rights that you are advertising without permission.
