House Of Brands Furniture Recensioni

Very nice and posh dining set. The marble table and the velvet chairs give it a beautiful look.

I ordered this faux fur bench way back when but there was a national shortage from the retailer. HOB kept me updated on the order process and eventually gave me the option to cancel and get a refund which I did. As soon as it was back in stock they reached out just to make me aware it was back in stock which I think was really considerate? It almost took me by surprise because no companies do that, they just forget, the fact they remembered and reached out to let me know shows they are more than happy to go the extra mile for their customers. My bench is already here, assembled and sitting pretty in my bedroom. Thank you so muchhhhh! :)

Excellent customer service

Hamza is very professional and helpful.

He helped furnish my entire home before my wedding and he did it with swiftness without it affecting the quality of the furniture, even though he had a small time frame to work with.

The staff in the store we ever so helpful and the advice they gave me was very professional and helped me choose the right table for my needs the fitters were very professional and made sure all was working good before they left thank you to all the staff

Good quality furniture best place to buy all home furniture’s. And the price are reasonable, top quality and best brand. Thanks for making my home look beautiful and new again ❤️❤️❤️

The quality of manufacture the glorious fabric and the finishing touches all made my new sofa totally wonderful 😁🎊 also the two delivery guys were friendly and helpful 😊 5 stars from me and i will most certainly recommend 'house of brands' to all

We recently bought an electric fire from House of Brands at a very competitive price. We needed delivery to non-mainland uk and HoB arranged swift delivery for us. Great customer service, I would highly recommend HoB.

I run an Airbnb which was in dire need of upgrades as furniture gets used and abused fairly quick. Hamza did me a great deal for 4 bespoke fitted headboards for all the bedrooms and also threw in a free portraits. The boys checked themselves in and fitted everything perfectly. Will be returning very soon to purchase more for my other properties

Such a Quick delivery directly to my door, ordered 6 bar stools which are stunning modern pieces - much needed update at home and exceptional service from the house of brands team.

Very good company, very happy with my purchase 😀

We ordered coffee tables from HOB, fantastic communication and service.
We love the tables, they go nicely in our lounge. They are of high quality and look amazing.

Absolutely disgusted enquired about an expensive sofa and whatsapped the measurements and video of our house to make sure the sofa fitted he then sent back a whatsapp with a photo of my doorway and above it had my name down as gypsy cheetham hill at no point in our conversation did I say I was a gypsy he presumed I was I then rang him to as why he had put my name down as this and he replied with I didn't know your name so presumed you were a gypsy I am absolutely disgusted with these racsist remarks in 2024 we are supposed to be equal and yet him a business owner can name me as gypsy based on my appearance I wouldn't buy anything from here they take hours to get back price increases also from original price he is arrogant and I will go somewhere else you have just lost out on custom do yourself a favour don't shop here there racist

Great customer relation

The service is absolutely spot on. Very good with communication as they were correctly updating me with the info.
The product itself is awesome, exactly what I had envisaged. Every guest who walks through the door has given 5*.
Highly recommendable!!!

Absolutely loved the customer service, amazing quality sofas, will definitely be purchasing from here again ! 😍

Fabulous customer service from this store especially from Hamza . This is the reason I bought from this store . Ordered table and chairs without any issues at all . Had to wait a while for special order chairs which were delivered as soon as they arrived to store . Delivery guys were exceptional so friendly and helpful . I paid for items to be made up which was well worth the money . I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking to buy top quality furniture at reasonable price . I will most definitely buy from this brand in the future as the furniture is great quality .

House Of Brands....... amazing company. I had a tiny issue navigating their website and frustratingly gave up. They sent me a lovely message on WhatsApp asking if they could help which they did. I placed my order and they kept me updated with when it was dispatched and the tracking number. My item was delivered today and it was packaged really well. Actually.... too well. Took me forever to open it.... but that's a positive. Highly recommend this company and their supper attentive, helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely order again. Thanks.
