After buying bad fakes from 3 previous…

After buying bad fakes from 3 previous UK sites who claim to sell "authentic Adalya* I have finally found the best plug for 100% authentic tobacco.

My Adalya 250g (love 66, lady killer and angel lips) all came in Adalya original tubs, inside the tubs the tobacco is packed in the original foil packaging.

Probably one of if not the only site in the UK that stocks 100% authentic Adalya, not to mention the fair prices (Adalya in the UK is expensive regardless), super quick delivery and great support via WhatsApp

Gained a customer for life!

The Go To Shisha Store

My third order with this company and all I can say is there will be more to come

The customer support agent via WhatsApp deserves huge credit, every time I can’t decide what flavour to go for as the variety is endless, and the agent help me thoroughly and I end up loving the item they suggest

I can’t fault this company at all

2.5 Weeks to Complete a UK Order. Great Products, Poor Communication.

My experience was mixed, which is reflected in my rating. If the company improves its communication and customer service, I would consider updating this review.

On the positive side, the website is well-designed, the product range is excellent, and all tobacco I received appears genuine. They have one of the largest selections of dark leaf tobacco available, which is why I chose them in the first place.

However, there were several issues:
• Prices are on the higher side, although I understand this is partly due to UK tobacco taxes and the premium nature of the products.

• The time between placing an order and dispatch was much longer than expected. While delivery estimates are clearly displayed, there is little information about processing and packing times.

• Stock availability appears inaccurate. Some items were shown as in stock when ordered, only for me to later find out they were unavailable. This is misleading and can result in significant delays.

• Customer service was the biggest disappointment. Delays can happen, but customers should be kept informed. What frustrated me most were promises that were not followed through.

I placed order on 24 May. Part of the order was dispatched on 27 May, which I understood given the bank holiday. After discovering missing items, I contacted customer support and was informed that two products were out of stock. I was told the remaining items would be dispatched shortly.

Unfortunately, after multiple follow-up emails on 3 June and 5 June, I received little communication and further assurances that the order would be shipped “first thing.” It was not until 10 June, after attempting to call and then messaging again, that the remaining items were finally dispatched within a couple of hours.

In total, it took around 2.5 weeks to receive my complete order. It genuinely felt like I was ordering from overseas rather than from a UK retailer.

I work in logistics myself, so I understand that delays happen. The issue was not the delay itself, but the lack of proactive communication and the failure to deliver on promises made to the customer. I was also offered a 10% discount on a future order, which I never received (possibly would have to email them again).

The products were good, but the customer service experience means I would only order again if there were no suitable alternatives and significant improvements were made to customer support.

We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the products you received, as well as our range of dark leaf tobacco. We work hard to offer a broad selection of premium products, so it’s encouraging to know that this was recognised.

Upon checking your order, I can see 7 items were ordered in total , 5 of which were delivered within 1-2 working days after the bank holiday weekend, the 2 out of stock flavours were delivered later on due to being unavailable at the time.

That said, we do apologise that your overall experience did not meet the standard we aim to provide. While some delays can occasionally occur, particularly around bank holidays and when stock issues arise unexpectedly, we fully accept that the biggest frustration in your case was the lack of timely communication and the fact that commitments regarding dispatch times were not met.

Thank you again for your honest feedback. Reviews such as yours help us identify areas where we need to improve. We hope that, should you choose to order from us again in the future, we can provide the level of service that matches the quality of the products we supply.

This is my 27th order with this brand and I can’t help but leave more positive reviews

I know many of my friends and family who have ordered and all of them have had great things to say, they’re the only company in the UK that does Russian, German & American shisha tobacco

Finally I found good tobacco in UK and placed an order.
Unfortunately not everything what I ordered was in stock, so we just swapped it for a different tobacco.
Had problems with Royal Mail (as usual), but finally it arrived!
“Must have” tobacco in original packaging, other tobacco sealed on bags, and I understand why, simply buying 1 kg and selling 100 grams.
Absolutely great communication and I had additional tobacco as present🤝
Great service sir, keep going👍
I’ll definitely order some more!

A Fantastic Store

I took a big risk and ordered £375 worth of Shisha tobacco on my first order

And can I just say, they exceeded my expectations, customer service is fantastic, the items arrived the next day with no issues

Would recommend to all shisha fanatics

DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY!

I brought £65’s worth of flavour and in return I got 4 small packets of berry! I could have brought this from my local store for £3 each. I left emails and trying to call but got no response!

Finally I got a response after 3 week and I explained what had happened and once again no response!!!

Sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience

However looking into your order, it looks like we contacted you in regards to one of your items being unavailable, so in order to avoid further delays we shipped an extra 2 50g packs of berry which you had initially ordered, i do however think you won’t be able to find genuine 50g packs of mazaya berry for £3 at your local store

In regards to your emails being missed, we’ve not received a reply since our last correspondence which was on the 7th of April, if an email was sent I do apologise it may have been sent to our junk folder which can happen

I’ll get our customer service team to get in touch with you once our office does re open for the week

Sent package when arrived wasnt even… date was in november 2025

Sent package when arrived wasnt even 1kg and in a plastic bag written on it with flavour, sent it back through evri and they lost my parcel company wouldnt even give me a refund you cannot get hold of them and when googled the address it is not a proper buisness they are selling from there home,.... AVOID AT ALL COST, unfortunatly ive lost out on £50..🤬

In regards to the return,as our website states, the customer is liable for all returns and once we’ve received the item a full refund would be issued, we always recommend sending via a tracked method, if you decided to send it via a non tracked method and the package was lost, unfortunately we’re not responsible for that, we would advise getting in touch with Evri

I ordered hookah flavours from this so-called “company” on 02/12/2025, paid for T48 delivery, and expected my order in two days. Instead, Royal Mail sent me a fee notice because the seller didn’t even bother to pay the postage—despite charging me £3.49 for it. That tells you everything you need to know. This outfit operates with the competence of a back-alley stall and the professionalism of a joke. If this is how they run their business, they shouldn’t be running one at all.

Upon checking your order, I can see you placed an order with tracked 48 as the delivery option, we upgraded the order to tracked 24 free of charge, the tracking details show no correlation of outstanding fees due on the shipment so I’m not really sure why you’ve got a fee notice letter

we also made sure the postage covered anything up to 750g and you ordered an item which was only 100g, therefore it would appear to be a mistake on royal mails end

Also we’ve not had any correlation from yourself in regards to the matter, if you simply emailed us and explained the issue we would’ve rectified it for you

Very pleased with this shop

I ordered 1kg of Al Fakher molasses and within 3 days I received just that in its original packaging. Top 🌟.

Expensive for a repackage

Wouldn't buy from again. Item was received without original packaging. Only marking of what it is was someone wrote the flavour and weight in pen on vacuum sealed bag. No indication of brand. At such an expensive price I would expect original packaging.

Emailed company and have been told they only have 3 flavours in smaller original packaging but they can send me pictures of the 1kg tubs they repackage to smaller amounts, hopefully no fillers made they're way in from this process. Won't be dealing with a company that openly admits illegal practices. Stay clear.

So what happens is sometimes when the products arrive, they can arrive in damaged containers / tubs so therefore we have to remove them and repackage which is what we did with your order

If you weren’t happy with that all you needed to do was email us and we would’ve resent you a new package with the original packaging ….

We are the leading Shisha company within the uk, all our procedures / practices are done the right way, we have been operating this way for over 5 years, another reason we have a 96% return customer rate

SCAMMERS

They exploit the fact that shisha in the UK is difficult to get hold of due to taxes so they charge you rediculous prices. They do not pay UK taxes on their flavour either yet the prices are still sky high.

I'll give you an example: they sell Al-Fakher which is considered a basic brand for £150-£200 a kg which costs them £20-£30 tops to get from abroad and sneak into the country. The same goes for other brands at higher rip off prices.

The newbies and amateurs buy from them thinking these prices are normal but I've been in the game for 15 years and can confirm this is the meaning of scamming people. If you want to get ripped off by ruthless vultures then be my guest.

We are the the only online uk vendor to supply Russian, German and American products, hence why there might be a slight premium on products as we pay have to pay shipping fees, vat, tax etc, but the margins are certainly not as big as you mentioned
