Liz is a wealth of knowledge and her passion and wisdom on Herbalism and wellness is so contagious. It was an absolute joy to attend her children's sessions with my kids and they learned so much from Liz. My children are now such confident foragers and love being able to name some of the plants they've learned about with Liz.
Liz is a wonderful host and teacher. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the herbal evenings I have attended. She makes you feel very welcome, answers all your questions, shares her love of plants and their amazing benefits. I would highly recommend her courses. I went along to a seaweed foraging evening and had a brilliant time - completely exceeded expectations! Great activities with plenty to take home and delicious seaweed snacks to try.

Liz is a fantastic and enthusiastic herbalist and her passion for the natural world is both refreshing and contagious. I have done three workshops with Liz so far and I will keep them going. Great way of spending a Thursday afternoon, learning and making away from the phone screen!

Liz's knowledge and passion for foraging made the recent workshop and beach walk a wonderful experience. I learned lots, tried some delicious soup and tea, made a tincture and met a bunch of lovely people. Liz is simply fantastic! She helped us arrange an amazing workshop for my daughter's birthday party and we all had the best time. She's so warm, knowledgable and friendly. The kids and parents alike learned so much and had fun doing so. We are so glad to have gotten to know her and can't wait to visit The Honeybee Sanctuary soon.

We had a lovely time at the seaweed hebology workshop at the Scottish Seabird centre. It was perfect pitched for complete beginners and more experienced people allike. Getting some little take home goodies meant that the experience keeps on giving :)

Herbs have something to offer everyone! Yes, I love that the herbal remedies keep that intention going beyond the workshop itself.
Liz is a wonderful host, I’ve enjoyed a few herbalism workshops with her both indoors and out. Liz has so much knowledge to share but doesn’t make it overwhelming.
