Found this company to be 'honest' and helpful and prompt with an order. I thought they provided a personal service and listened and responded well to concerns I had about a product. I recommend them and would gladly buy from them again.

Great to have video contact with the business owner when ordering online. Diving kit is expensive, and it made me feel that I really mattered as a customer. If I did have issues or questions with ordering (which I didn't) I feel that they would have been very effectively dealt with because of the nature of the contact established
