Fantastic, efficient and quick turnaround. Communication was first class. Attentiveness was sky high which meant from first viewing to completion was a total of 1 month and 5 days. Couldn’t have asked for a better service and result. Nothing was too much trouble

Brian and Joe were absolutely amazing !! They made my sale process go through as easy as possible and really cannot recommend this firm enough!

Brian has happily provided excellent advice in previous years regarding possible purchases before I instructed The Homes Group to sell my current house. His knowledge and expertise has been very helpful for me.

During the sale, I found both Brian and Joe extremely friendly, down to earth and professional even at times where some of the process was a little stressful. Joe always had a calm manner and made the sales progression an easy one to deal with.

I have dealt with other local agents before and not had the same service as I have had with THG. They do not treat you as another sales target, they provide a more one-to-one service keeping your best interests at heart.

I can't praise Joe and Brian enough for their help with this sale. It was far from straightforward because of various third party issues, so it was very frustrating at times. However, their calmness, professionalism and determination to see the sale through, overcoming all the obstacles, was fantastic.

Communication was superb. We were continually updated with the current status and, having had experience of much larger estate agencies before, it made for a pleasant change. We really felt that we were being looked after by people that had our best interests at heart, rather than us being one anonymous sale amongst many.

We'll definitely use them again in the future and would 100% recommend The Homes Group to anyone looking to sell their house. Thanks guys!

We were very pleased to find this local independent company for our recent house sale. We found it offered a more personal service than the usual high street estate agents. Joe was always accesible and kept us very well informed regarding progress. Viewings and the sale itself were handled very professionally.
