Not received photos and no communication
Paid for 5 films to be developed on 23rd Feb and sent them the next day. Have not received photos yet nor have I had any response to my follow up emails? Where are my films??

Amazing Service
Unknowingly to me I had bought some damaged film but the guys at homelab saw that it was damaged and spent a week trying to fix it at no extra cost. They even managed to save a few photos so I am very thankful! They also gave a very detailed description about what went wrong and the process they went through to save the film which I thought was great to keep me in the loop. Once again thank you Homelabs!

I would recommend another company
On the 15th of January I shipped off my two films. I emailed once regarding how to identify my package as I suddenly became aware that they gave no explanation as to how to identify my films and described my parcel. They good back to me quickly and let me know they would make sure they could identify my parcel. I then, five days later email regarding whether they had received my parcel and how long it would take to process. No response. I then email a few more time spread across the week along the same lines. I needed the films developed by the 5th as they are part of a birthday surprise. But I doubt I’ll even get an email back let alone my films and a refund!!!! I have used many company to develop film and I have to say this one’s not the best

Thank you for your review of our store and our most sincere apologies about this! The developing times described were unfortunately due to a royal mail delay we saw at the time.
As for the lack of reply that is our fault entirely, we became locked out of our email due to an authenticator issue which due to the service we use took us much much longer than we'd have liked to get back in. Despite this we were still processing everything that arrived to us as soon as possible, with the particular order being completed the same week as delivery.
We have now added additional fail safes to ensure that we cannot be locked out of our communication again but can only apologize for the experience you had with us!

Unfortunately my film was too old to produce any usable images. Found on clearing a family home.
Minor delay but it was over Xmas so not their fault.
Will use them again
