I do not write product review often but I feel that I need to do so for this company. I bought the first shower panel from them in 2014 and my family loved it so much that I bought the second ones in 2019. Recently the diverter from the one that I installed in 2014 broken and I reached out to customer service via text to order new diverter to repair. The customer service is very supportive and quick. After I notified them that the part arrived but damaged the replacement is on the way same day. Such a great customer service and we need more company like this.

Very satisfying experience. I purchased a kitchen sink online a few days ago. It was delivered on time. However, during installation, I found a part was missing. I called the store and Ken was very friendly and he shipped the missing part to me at no extra cost. At the end of the day I'm very satisfied with the products and professional customer services.

Great Experience!
Great general experience. I purchased a kitchen sink 5 days ago and the delivery was fast! I am so happy with my purchase which not only works perfectly well and easier to install but also the stainless steel looks very shiny. Love the sink! Great experience
Great experience! I purchased the kitchen range hood online two weeks ago. I received the item within a few days but upon installing it, I realized there was a part missing! I called the store on Winston Street to seek assistance and Ken offered me support. He was very friendly and shipped me the missing part that same day. A few days later I received the missing part and now everything works perfectly! I am very satisfied with my experience because of the outstanding customer service I received.

Quick & Easy with Great Service!
I do a lot of home projects. I had been working on a bathroom renovation and was installing a shower panel I bought from here when I discovered one of the valves wasn’t there. I sent an email and quickly received a reply from Ken who stated the valve was being sent immediately. I received it super fast and finished up quick. Everything was so easy. Thanks Ken! You are a life saver.

Great shopping experience
Recently I was renovating my home and my friends recommended the Home Budget Houseware, I saw the shower panel in my friends bathroom and they were telling me technical characteristics but all I knew at that moment was that visually it looked so great with modern design and amazing rainfall, I’ve decided to order from them and it was the best decision I made for upgrading my home, and I was impressed how the order was delivered very fast. Highly recommended

overall it's great
well packaged, and the price is much cheaper than local store. I ordered it online and then realize they have a store locally. We had to get a plumber to help installing and it turned out great. The temperature reading is a pretty cool feature and pretty accurate. Great product overall. The only down side I would say is that one of the jet is slightly loosen.... not a huge deal but since it's already installed, might as well enjoy it!
