In this case, the order was processed through our website using the information provided at checkout and passed the fraud-screening measures available to us at the time of purchase. As a retailer, we do not have access to cardholder information and must rely on the payment processor's security and fraud detection systems.
At no point did we knowingly process a fraudulent transaction, nor would any business have reason to intentionally participate in credit card fraud.
Once we were contacted regarding the concern, we cooperated fully and provided the information available to us. We understand how frustrating it can be to discover that a card has been used without authorization, but the responsibility for that criminal activity lies with the individual who stole and used the card information—not with the merchant who received what appeared to be a legitimate order.
We regret the situation and wish the customer the best in resolving the matter with their card issuer.

USPS damaged my item severely. But the team at the hob hub took care of their mess. They responded with swift fashion and assured my order and issue will be resolved.
The items looked great but usps had to mess it up.
It takes a good company to keep their name clean and the job hub did just that. Will buy again.

The prices are great

Great product. Shipping problem.
Product was exactly what I wanted. I did pay for 2-3 day delivery and it was here 7 days later. Still waiting for my refund for the extra delivery fee that was not honored.

Fast and good quality
The sleeves are worried came in and great condition I ordered from a different website for similar items about 3 days before I ordered from this place and I'm still waiting for the other items It was quick and I couldn't be happier with the awesome sleeves I ended up getting.

Fragile item arrived damaged!!
I ordered a Christmas gift for my boyfriend that has a hard plastic case to showcase the inside. Keep in mind, I already ordered the same thing from Amazon twice and had to return both of them because they both arrived damaged. I was really hoping that ordering from this smaller business out of state would ensure more care when it came to the packaging for shipment but it did not. We open the package and there are only some paper wrapping around it which clearly didn’t do anything to protect the hard plastic casing since the corners of it are cracked and there are a couple plastic pieces just falling around in the inside. Luckily my boyfriend still loved it and said it’s not a big deal since it was still better than the first two times I ordered it. However, it is still extremely frustrating knowing that it could’ve come in perfect condition if it was secured with some simple bubble wrap to avoid it getting knocked around the inside of the box. If you guys don’t use bubble wrap for fragile products, please start. I wanted him to have a perfect gift and because of packaging negligence that didn’t happen. Extremely disappointing.
