Hidden fees months later
Received knife bag, was happy initially, until inspecting the quality of the leather, for the price paid, it’s already a loss. Then months later you receive hidden duty fees that the company never divulged. It’s a big sham. Buy other brands that have better service and more for the consumer, not for hidden fees and dry leather. Check out the chef sac for a great buy and good customer service. Do not support companies like this.

As noted at checkout and in your order confirmation, the shipping option selected stated that import duties, taxes, and associated charges in the importing country were not included. These fees for your order shipped to the US are collected directly by US Customs and are entirely outside of our control.
We understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we always strive to be as transparent as possible about our shipping terms upfront.
We also want to take this opportunity to share some positive news: as of mid-February 2026, all orders shipped to the US are now fully duties paid, so customers will no longer encounter additional charges at delivery.

The site promised a delivery within 5-7 days and after 13 the product still hasn’t arrived tho the customer service team was very nice and helpful

Denali Knife Roll
After reading about many other knife rolls, I purchased the Denali knife roll as a gift for my son who is in culinary school. The leather is thick and strong, stitching appears well done, and I like the riveted construction. It appears to be a well constructed and durable roll that will hopefully last him a long time. The one I received did not have the "The Hide Master" imprinted on it like the one on the website. I prefer it this way.
