Bought three of the books as Christmas presents. Says they shipped - yeah right. Tried to contact customer service - no response. Doesn't say they come from China on their website....took my money. Going to the bank to report the transaction as fraud. Buyer beware.

This is a total scam. Don’t order!! I wish I would have looked further into this company. There Wyoming location is fake.
No response from emails. Turing this in as fraud to get my money back.

Buyer beware! They don’t ship, they just take your money and hide!
I should have looked into the ratings of this as well as many others. I purchased 3 books in November with the intention of gifting them to loved ones. I have emailed the company multiple times with no reply. When I track the package it is also still in China. Looks like a bah humbug type company. They don’t have an active “contact us” option on their website. No phone, no chat feature, just email and those go unreturned.

Products are good. Customer service and response times can do with improvement
After not hearing anything back from my emails, once I posted a review I did get a response. Took nearly 4 weeks for my item to arrive.
However, Heirloom were very apologetic and offered me a 30% refund, which i accepted.

Scam - don't purchase
I have had the same experience as others. I bought two books as Christmas presents weeks ago, it wasn't highlighted that the products would be coming from China and take ages to deliver. My tracking details say the parcel information was received on 01/12/24 and there's been no updates since, suggesting the books haven't been shipped. No reply to any of my emails to customer services. Don't buy from them. I wish id checked the reviews before.

DO NOT BUY FROM HEIRLOOM BOOKS!!!!! Complete scam. Never arrived. Took money. I emailed no reply. Emailed on socials and they blocked me. Stay away!
Re reply from them: if they actually cared they would respond to the many emails and look into this. I have sent order details and so far no response just like all their other scam accounts. They don't care they just want to cover themselves and look good online! Such liars.STAY FAR AWAY!

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. I paid for 1 book but had made a mistake in the order and immediately asked them to cancel. They responded once just to say they would get back to me. I know I should have done my homework beforehand, but I started looking into the company and found a lot of bad reviews a couple of days after. Concerned, I again told them to cancel my order. They then immediately shipped the order. I asked them why they did that when I had told them to cancel, and they just stopped responding! I have followed up several times to no avail. Do not buy from them! Total scam.
Update: I am sure they are taking credit card information from the payments. I got 2 random charges that were thankfully blocked by my cc company before they went through. Immediately after, I finally got an email from Heirloom Books offering a partial refund in exchange for removing this review. I declined. Shady company!

Scam company. Similar to other people’s experiences, I also think this is not a legitimate company. I’m raising it through my bank. Very disappointed. Tracking doesn’t seem real and their emails are not convincing me otherwise.

Customer service is non existent.

Disappointed! Scam company
Disappointed! I would avoid this company as I believe it’s a scam. I ordered weeks ago and never arrived.
I have contacted the company, and all their replies are vague and lacking any actual help.
I then contacted the shipping company who informed me that the tracking number is FAKE!
So sad that a company would pry on people trying to buy meaningful gifts for family members. Shocking.

After three weeks I am still waiting for my order - contacted them and been sent a tracking number that does nothing??? Now I don’t get any response from my emails? If I’ve not received my order in the next week I will be contacting my bank like the others have said!

Ordered multiple items. Didn't get them all in my parcel surprise surprise. Contacted customer services to say I didn't get my mental health journal which was already really expensive! Needed it desperately by Christmas and ordered within plenty of time months ago. When I contacted to say I never received it with my ordered products I was reassured it would be sent off. Never received the biggest cost of my order.
I added my extra Information in too soon. I ordered 3 tell me your story mom and 1 mental health journal for christmas présents. I never received the journal. I asked for it to be resent and I was reassured that it had been but I still haven't received.
