I attended a hearing appointment at the Station plaza Hastings yesterday and left feeling that I had been very well looked after. My appointment with Pranosh Jame was very thorough and caring and he explained everything very well. I left with my new hearing aids with which I am pleased.

Pranash Jame
Pranash Jame, saw me this afternoon at Hastings Station Plaza in the audiology department. He was very thorough and explained every step of the way in a friendly and informative manner. I left with a new set of hearing aids and already this has made a huge difference to me.

This was my second hearing test
This was my second hearing test, the first at Boots needed to be repeated to qualify for an nhs hearing aid.
This appointment was more thorough and clearly explained,I am using my ne hearing aid,which is excellent.
The whole experience was professional and supportive, which one would hope for from an nhs representative.

Having requested spares for my hearing…
Having requested spares for my hearing aids from Royal hospital Carlow Chesterfield l was directed to Audiological Science ( now called The Hearing People ) who work in partnership with NHS Derbyshire and have an outlet ( Thursdays ) at my local doctors surgery in Dronfield. My appointment was with Hannah and l just want to say what a lovely experience it was dealing with someone who was professional and obviously enjoyed their work.. l was made to feel at ease and went through some questions and answers to help Hannah to see where we were in regards to my last hearing test ( 3 to 4 years ago when l was first fitted with aids ).. every step of the way was explained and following the test l was fitted with new aids ( NHS no charge ) all in all a positive and can l say enjoyable experience and would like to thank Hannah for her attention and advice… 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and a credit to the profession.. well done 👍

Good experience
My experience was very good. Sajana was very professional and put me at ease immediately. She took time to explain the process and the different options available. I would definitely recommend her and Audiological Science

Very patient and exacting audiologist. Amazing difference in my hearing after he fitted and adjusted the hearing aids. Joshua fully explained how to connect to the phone ap. and how to adjust the aids between settings. Many thanks.

Dodgy seller - avoid at all costs
Dodgy seller. The positive reviews are all fake. Had bought hearing aids from them. Delivered faulty item and then stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic service
The lady that came to see me this morning I think her name was Jacqueline (sorry, my memory is as good as my hearing lol), was excellent. She gave me a thorough hearing test and made sure the hearing aids were correctly tuned. She altered the volume to a nice comfortable level. She was very professional, and a very nice person. All in all a very good experience. thank you

This was my 1st time to visit the audio…
This was my 1st time to visit the audio clinic in Queensway Bognor Regis. The receptionist was excellent, made me feel very comfortable. Pranash James who did my hearing test was very informative, explained each procedure thoroughly. Came out with a new set of hearing aids & feeling very happy with the whole procedure. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing their hearing to be checked.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Afika was helpful and explained every step of the process. She was thorough and very approachable. I will be honest and thought that this might be a bit of a scam to get you yo pay for expensive hearing aids. I was totally wrong and I would recommend this service to anyone that is having hearing difficulties.
