Love this bag. Great for days out. Plenty of room for light jacket umbrella. And lots of useful zipped internal and external compartments, phones , drink etc. You know where things are. Really comfortable. I love the fact I dont have to keep taking it on and off to access I just swing it to the front of my body and the zip is right at the top. I recommended one to a friend. She loves it too. Very comfortable to wear I bought the medium 9 ltrs size.

Brilliant. Nothing I’d add…..a grab handle so I could carry it as a bag which has a clip on it that I can clip around a chair tables for security.

I actually bought this bag for a friend. I purchased many - at least ten bags - several years ago. They are perfect in every way except one: they are designed for right-handed people and having lost the use of my right arm, I must wear it over my left shoulder to access it. Not all pockets are easily available when worn that way.
