Altijd goede producten en snelle verzending.

Eerste keer dat ik iets kocht bij de Health House. Zowel online als in de winkel was personeel heel behulpzaam.

Weight gainers, creatine en pre workouts smaken ook nog eens heel goed.

Je wordt persoonlijk op de hoogte gesteld van wat je nodig hebt op aanvullen van je training. Er wordt naar je goed geluisterd

Tot nu mag ik niet klagen over niks want ik wordt goed geadviseerd daar over welke supplementen en waneer ik ze moet gebruiken.
De behandeling daar vindt heel top is niet alleen online dingen bestellen als de winkel instap wordt je precies aangeraden wat je kan gebruiken aan de hand van je doel dat je wil bereiken met het sporten

Goeie zaak. Kan daar met al mijn vragen terecht. Ze hebben vriendelijk mensen lopen en er is veel aanbod. Zeker aan te raden

Elke keer dat ik iets bestel, kreeg ik al mijn bestellingen op tijd met een paar kleine cadeautjes zoals (monsters om te proberen met nieuwe smaken)

But Sadly i had to quiet because I needed to move to another country:(

In de meeste vestigingen. Ik ben in 4 winkels geweest, ik kan alleen maar zeggen Wauw, ze zijn echt schoon, veel producten en keuzes, soms voel je je in de war om het online of in de winkels te kopen.

I first bought 4 products ( Pre-workout, Whey Protein, Amino Acids and some sauces)
I got them in a short time, with some small gifts to let you feel welcome.

What i like about this shop, because i always come in the last minute to buy something, they always stay with me and explain everything to me and help me, and never let me feel that i am
not welcome.
I love the way how they treat them clients

Always when i need advices, always they help me with everything, and they give you all them time to let you leave with a happy face and with the best supplements

Tevreden met een goede oplossing voor een probleem wat zich in eerste instantie voordeed met een product. Persoonlijk gebeld en issues kunnen bespreken, waaruit een oplossing kwam. Klantgericht. Gesprek maakte voor mij het verschil in of ik klant zou blijven of niet.

Waarschuwing, oplichters. Producten besteld, na 1 week kreeg ik bericht dat deze allemaal niet op voorraad waren. Beetje raar maar oke.

Inmiddels zijn we meer als 1 maand en 3 mails verder en mijn geld is nog steeds niet teruggestort. Er word helemaal nergens op gereageerd. Geen telefoonnummer beschikbaar om te bellen. Ze hebben me opgelicht.

Producten zijn uitstekend alleen ze doen de winkel open wanneer het uitkomt niet wanneer de openingstijden zijn.

Kom al jaren hier me supplementen halen! Goeie uitleg en breed assortiment. Veel filialen ook super handig mocht je ooit in een andere stad zijn en langs willen gaan :)

this is my second time ordering from HH and its also the second time they have not completed an order.

first time was 3 years ago, and was finally resolved, i received a refund on the condition i remove my negative feedback online. hence how they keep there ratings up.

on my current order; my order has been delivered to the wrong store, i am not willing to travel to a new store, when there are two on my doorstep, i have tried making contacting with email, telephone and social media, but all is ignored. i have suggested a refund or for my order to be available to collect from the store i nominated for collection.

i would stay away from these guys online, it is starting to feel like a scam! i would use either bol.com or xxl nutrition.

EDIT-
After contacting the instagram page several times, i manage to get a response, which then resolved my order getting delivered to the correct store.

I am grateful it got resolved but i would still not recommend shopping online with health house, they do not have the ability to correctly manage orders, and they have zero customer service skills!

Also be aware, their online prices do not reflect their in-store prices!
so shop online to save money will be a headache!
shop in store to save a headache will cost you more money!
