The Healing Hub offer an incredidble joined up service to support anybody living with high stress levels. The friendly team are on hand to support you whenever you may need them. The superb app brings you everything you need to insert a little calm into your life.

I’ve always focused on my physical health but this was the first time I have used something for my mental health. I’m really impressed, especially with the sleep journeys. I’ve been struggling to sleep for a while. The tracks just switch my racing thoughts off and calm my anxiety. I find myself yawning within minutes.
My sleep quality has improved, I feel refreshed in the morning and my sleep monitor readings have improved massively.

A friend of mine told me about the Healing Hub because I'd noticed how much happier she looked. I have been using the app plus have completed their 66 day programme. It's literally life-changing. There is nothing out there like it which may put some people off but I can honestly say the resources really work. I love the music, the support is fantastic and I've got my whole family on it now. Highly recommend.

The Healing Hub App has been part of my daily routine for just over a year. It helps me manage my stress levels and get a much better night's sleep. The Sleep Journeys and Mood Boosters are my favourite and I could not live without them now! The community within the app is so welcoming and I feel supported by the team and the members.

I have been using the Healing Hub to help with my stress levels and had been feeling overwhelmed. This app has changed my life, it’s given me clarity and calmness even when I’m in stressful situations.
I can’t compare it to anything out there as it’s such a new way of dealing with stress, anxiety and general low mood.
There is a lovely community which also provides access to helpful tips, support and compassion!

Won’t go another day without using this app again!

I recently completed the self development programme which was just what I needed. Its daily breathing/releasing with tracks to suit all moods made me feel so relaxed. There were daily video clips with help from Nikki and the team, its helped me cope with my anxiety. The help goes on after you finish the course too. There is so much on the healing hub, I feel so much lighter now.

I have to say that The Healing Hub is in my opinion what the world must embrace as we move into new life and new existences. We have physical medicine for our physical bodies, but we're not just the physical body, and so this is the medicine that is needed for the wholeness and well-being of all parts of lives. I support this 100% and encourage incorporating breathing space into our daily lives for best version of self that we can experience here on this beautiful planet we are presently living. This is the way of the future for the new man. Let's consciously breathe our way into new ways of living with the Healing Hub!!!

Where do I even start?
From being in a place where I couldn’t leave the house due to extreme anxiety. Where I’d cry, shake, sweat just when someone mentioned a social event to changing my life around and now thriving, enjoying life again.
I’ve learnt that it’s okay to be anxious and stressed and that isn’t going to go away but with The Healing Hub app you take your anxiety in your own hands. YOU ARE IN CONTROL, the anxiety isn’t in control of you.

The Healing Hub has really helped me deal with my stress and anxiety over the past year. I previously struggled to calm my mind with traditional meditation and was amazed by how quickly I adapted to the Breathing Space technique. I love the Sleep Journeys in particular they are soothing. The Healing Hub is the most incredible space to be in. I absolutely love the breathing techniques, which by no way of an exaggeration, have been life changing for me.
I recently went through a really difficult time, where I couldn’t get out of negative and fearful thinking and I felt completely unable to move forward with my life. The breathwork and hypno-meditations were so powerful and deeply restorative, that they seemed to re-wire my brain and helped me to release all of the stress that had built up in my body. My panic attacks literally disappeared and I found that I could think more clearly and take the actions I needed to move forward.
These techniques really work and with the sound technology behind them, I have found nothing quite like them anywhere else that can move me from stress to bliss in such a short space of time!

Healing breathing and meditation exercises that have rocked my world into peacefulness, ease and flow. Im feeling centered, grounded and calm, pursuing my ambitions with heart, and thanks to this awesome app, energy and wellness of mind, heart and soul.
