Brilliant birthday present for my brother! Choosing and ordering was easy, we were able to add a personal message, and The Happiness Box kept me informed of where we were in the process throughout.
The Post Office then made a right ricket of delivery, but that was absolutely not the company's fault; their part of the process was exemplary.

Good idea but very overpriced the chocolate is multipack items at most cost £4 for sweets. The packaging is very basic.

Ordered twice as first not delivered. 2nd order not delivered either. Received a refund for both but such a shame as my friend would've loved the box. Disappointed it didn't live up to th expectation because the product look d so good.

I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand how disappointing it is when a gift doesn't arrive as expected.
To provide some clarity, when you first raised the issue of the missing box on 4th November, I responded immediately to confirm the delivery address but did not receive a reply. I followed up again on 7th November, and when you confirmed, I reached out to Royal Mail for an investigation. Typically, this process takes a few days, so it’s disheartening to receive a 1-star review while we’re still waiting for their update.
Rest assured, as soon as Royal Mail confirms the item is undelivered, I will issue a full refund. It’s also important to confirm that the box hasn't been delivered to a neighbour or another location.
Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and I'm committed to resolving this as soon as possible. Please do reach out if you have any further questions or updates.
