HALOSPHERE Recensioni

Delivery took a while but it’s a decent item. It’s plastic and not glass but has the desired effect.

My wife loved it! She loved the various colors and uses it regularly. She said she was glad to receive it.

The product is beautiful. I will say it was worth the wait. There should a little more transparency with the delivery process

I use my light every night to fall asleep to. The only thing is I wish the bulb rotated slower, or there was an option to change the speed. The wave pattern it makes moves too fast for me to not feel dizzy

The product is really cool. Love it. Very relaxing. I recommend.

Easy return process. Everyone was helpful. I appreciated the excellent customer service.

The company sent me a different product, a small thumb camera. I ordered the halosphere lamp. When I received the small camera I got rid of it. There was no indication on the packaging it was from the same company as hallosphere. When I contacted the company to ask about the halosphere, they sent me a "proof" picture of the camera package left at my door. I explained that the halosphere is a very different size and shape then the camera, so that was not proof.

They asked for the information from the camera package which had long since been thrown away. I asked for a refund. At this point they stopped responding to my emails. I'm finding this experience extremely unprofessional and disheartening.

So many products in ads on the internet, this one is exactly as promised. It makes a beautiful light

Halosphere is a great company, they keep you updated with how your parcel is coming along and the piece I chose is going to go down as one of best gifts ever!

I love it and my girlfriend loves it to and she wants one can you please send me the link to to buy one of those for her thank you. Stephen j.

Great product and quick shipping response. I love it. The quality seems just perfect and it's easy to use.

Great company, kept me informed throughout delivery process. Brilliant customer service, couldn’t ask for more.

I purchased as a gift for my daughter who didn't want to keep it. It took some time and effort to process a return but it did finally happen, but not before I left a bad review (sorry).

Short Time, high quality product, satisfied :))

Shipping was fast. The light was simple to set up and looks so nice. The color options are nice, not just plain colors but lots of shades. And the ability to make the light dimmer or brighter is fantastic for every day use depending on what I want my space to look like.

I have 3 of them. I have them in corners of the living room. They are the only lights I use in the room.

I bought 3 lights for each of my granddaughters. They all loved them and use them every night in their rooms.

The halo is great I use it every night! Lots of colours to choose from and didn’t take long to arrive. Wasn’t expecting it so project so much it covers a good bit of the roof and the wavy lines are so fun to watch.

Love my aurora lamp, customer support is incredible, worth the purchase
