Easy process and quick delivery. The packaging smells amazing.

They don't pay the customs import fee so I had to pay an additional amount to recieve the parcel

I live in UAE and have ordered UK items direct to my door from other companies all the time and never had this problem . Just today i recieved my next order. No problem . This is a seller who i definitely wouldn't use again. I wrote to them about this issue and they shrugged it off. Definitely Won't use again.

The bulk of the fee is an second delivery charge that the courier is charging me again because the company haven't paid it. Absolutely appalling and they are telling me its my fault.

I have been shopping with them since past 7-8 years or so and have placed countless orders with them. Each and every order has gone thru perfectly and never have I faced any problem. In any minor eventuality or even a slight concern (in business this may happen for reasons beyond the sellers control, though never intentionally; but its how it is addressed by the company is whats more important), the staff steps up to resolve the matter promptly and in the most courteous, honest, professional and friendly manner. The guys running the company are simply great and pay prompt attention to any question or concern you may have.

This company is a benchmark for what e-commerce should strive to be. If you can find your preferred brand with them, you do not need to look elsewhere. In due course, you may feel you are buying from a friends website ! Simply brilliant !!

AVOID! They claim they have amazing 5-star service. What a joke! The reason for this is because they won't allow any negative reviews on their website. You're banned from complaining, or telling the truth. Nice and easy to claim everyone's happy. That's deceitful. They have complained about my review and the porker even made threats (!?! - great customer service), but, not contacted me to apologise. Really pathetic customer service. Then, he ignores the terrible service, the dodgy website and tries to divert attention. Pathetic. That's why his website has no reviews. Anyone is welcome to check that I have left plenty of 5 star reviews, when deserved. I don't tolerate liars. This shower earned his one star.

I was trying to order from Aromatherapy Associates and was not getting the service I expected. I happened to see The Grooming Clinic had the items I was looking to purchase as I’m not a regular on line shopper I was a bit dubious,but I decided to try well what can I say: Thank You I received my order 2 days after ordering which has just arrived at exactly the time stated with 3 free samples and a £75 gift voucher for a case of wine.

First time customer of The Grooming Clinic.

I came across TGC after searching all over the internet for a particular Lip Balm, which isn't on sale in the UK yet. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was in stock on their website, so decided to place my first order.

Very quick dispatch & shipping. Package arrived in good condition and even included a handwritten thank you note, which was a nice, personal touch.

They seem like a fairly new business, but they're definitely doing something right.

Hopefully be back again soon.
