Order Refunded — Took Some Time to Resolve

The remaining balance has now been refunded in full, and I appreciate that it was resolved. I'm updating this review to reflect that.
It did take me escalating things to get there, so it wasn't immediate - but I'm glad this has been sorted out, and I hope future orders go more smoothly for other customers.

We are sorry that this matter has escalated in this way. However, this review does not accurately reflect what actually occurred.
At your request, we first processed the partial refund of $180, and when you later requested cancellation of the remaining order, we agreed to cancel it and processed the full remaining refund as well.
Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank. While we process refunds immediately on our side, it is common for banks to take several business days before the funds appear in the customer's account, particularly when requests are made before a weekend. This is outside our control.
Your customer account was restricted because of repeated abuse of our refund policy and violations of our Terms & Conditions, not because you requested a legitimate refund.
We have never withheld your funds, nor do we intend to. We have complete documentation of the refund requests, the refunds processed, and our communications, all of which can be provided to Trustpilot or any relevant authority if required.
We sincerely hope you will update this review once the remaining refund has reached your account, so that it accurately reflects the final outcome.
