Rico was courteous, thoughtful and always at the end of the phone if I had questions and did it ALL for me at a time when I was going through alot of stress. He took that all away from me and made my sign up process for a new mortgage (twice now) easy. And sorted out my Will when I divorced.I've recommended him to lots of friends now too. Thank you Rico.

I could not recommend Rico highly enough. He went above and beyond to secure my buy to let mortgage. Rico appealed my low valuation successfully which meant I got a better LTV. I was also very undecided on which product was best for me and Rico went through everything thoroughly so I was able to make an informed decision.
Rico didn't charge any broker fee, unlike a lot of other brokers I approached, and this helped me save money towards my mortgage costs.
